I found the online ordering process relatively simple. I received a phone call, within about 30 minutes of the order being placed, saying parts were ready for collection.
Collection was very simple.
Everyone from the phone call to collection were very polite.

Louise & Vicky in the Farlington branch were very professional, polite and friendly.

I think Eurocell is very good because helpful staff, great service, delivery on time brilliant

Ordered items at 0930 on the internet. I was called immediately by Glenn who was very knowledgeable and arranged delivery within 90 minutes.
Driver I think was called Mike, again very knowledgeable and professional and all items ok. Overall brilliant service and products

I ordered online to collect in store, the price's seemed reasonable and the whole process worked fine. The order was waiting for me and the staff were very friendly. No issues at all, very positive experience

From finding what I needed on the website to a confirmation phone call and arriving at my house took around 40 minutes. Now that’s faster than a fast thing. I was so impressed I wanted to find something wrong with the delivery so I could get some more of that super satisfying customer service, unfortunately it was all good.

The manufacturing of the product was first class it was easy to use did the job I used it for and looks fantastic now installed. The salesperson I saw was very approachable fantastic knowledge of what she was selling no BS straight honest and to the point all round great service and a credit to the company thanks for all your help (Mickie) this is one of the reasons I will be back it’s my new favourite place to shop for all my UPVC products.OUTSTANDING.

Ordered some plastic joists had a call from the Portsmouth office (Louise) within in a few minutes arranging delivery for the same day. Delivered within the hour and unloaded by Micky to a safe location. Product looks good quality.
