Placed my Order online, i was expecting the order to be delayed due to it being out of stock, but the customer service was amazing. She ran around chasing them items and got them for me by the following morning. Highly Recommend

Easy to use and order from website and when collecting from Scunthorpe depot great friendly and helpful staff

Walk in through the open door at 16.31. No greeting just told by the young lad at the counter. I have to close. Customer service zero. Left shop and was nearly hit by trim been slide out under the warehouse door which was about ten inches up. Safety zero. My custom going forward after spending several thousands over last couple of years ZERO.

Ian & Clare from the scunthorpe branch were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted some composite decking for my own house and got a lot of good tips from them both.

Products are always great. Remembering who we are when we call in would help.
Other companies we use always remember us even if we have not been in for awhile. but to be asked every time we go in even if its next day i always get asked do you have an account?
Even called and asked for a price for a product to be told they don't have any in stock so no point in giving me a price. So i had to insist on a price to be able to do my quote.

Went into Scunthorpe store, couldn’t give me a price as computer down. (Not a problem)
Gave them all my details. They said they will get back to me. Heard nothing for two weeks.
Went back into store told them what happened. They again said would call me next day. Again heard nothing.

The staff are always helpful. Ajay always finds the stock in a local branch and gets it collected as soon as possible.

Ajay Was absolutely fabulous; superb customer service, a gentleman and with a sense of humour.
