I placed an order for a full composite fence panel kit on 03/08/2026 and was informed that delivery would take place on 11/08/2026.

At 11:06am on the delivery date, I called the Attercliffe branch to ask whether they could provide an estimated delivery time. I was told that my order was out for delivery, and that they would ring me back if possible with a time update. I explained that a callback was not important as long as the order was genuinely on the delivery van.

By late afternoon the order had still not arrived, so I called the branch again. This time I was told that the order had not been sent from the main office, meaning it had never been loaded onto the delivery van in the first place. The branch apologised and said they would try to source the order from another branch and would keep me informed with a courtesy call the following day.

By 10:00am the next morning, no one had contacted me, so I had to call the branch again. I was then informed that the main office no longer supplied these composite panel kits, but had failed to notify the branch. The only way to fulfil my order was to source the kit from the Castleford branch.

This created a further problem. My intention was to install the first panel kit to ensure it was straightforward to fit before ordering three additional panel kits. If the Castleford branch sold out in the meantime, I would no longer be able to obtain the remaining matching panels.

Given the uncertainty and poor communication throughout the process, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that the order could be cancelled, but that I would have to visit the branch in person to obtain a refund, resulting in yet another unnecessary waste of my time.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Eurocell has cost me more than a day of my time, and the communication between the main office and the branch was clearly inadequate. Customers should not have to chase updates, receive incorrect information about delivery, and then be inconvenienced further, simply to obtain a refund. In addition if these panels are no longer supplied by the main office and the Attercliffe branch has not been informed, how many more branches have not been informed and are currently taking orders which will cause even more problems.
This level of service is not acceptable.

As of now 21/08/2026, more than a week since the response from Eurocell to my review, I have not received any communication or a further response. I am doubtful that I will.

I went to the Sheffield Attercliffe branch and a guy called Aaron helped me we everything l needed regarding cladding a garden room.
He was extremely helpful and advised me on what l needed and how to do it.

Excellent products delivered quickly without fuss

Eurocell have met all my requirements every time I have used them and at a great price

I think Eurocell is very good because , helpful staff and a wide range of products, and plenty of branch stores

Today was my first visit to Eurocell and it won’t be the last. Customer service first class well done to all concerned

Eurocell we're spot on, my local Sheffield store had stock in and delivered same day which helped me out on a job, excellent service and friendly staff

Visited the Sheffield branch at Newhall and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young man called Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for me. He made sure that I had everything I needed for the project that I was doing and even offered me some advice to make the project go smoothly. Thank you

Items never delivered shocking customer service

I never worry about not being a tradesperson, staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to assist with loading.

Excellent product range at very competitive prices. Being on the door step is a bonus with free delivery.

Ordered online and given a delivery day by branch manager but the items never arrived as they havnt had them in stock for weeks 😡

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of receiving. Paid for some items online to pick up from a Sheffield branch. Drove to the depot and was duly informed that part of my order had been sent out on another delivery. The so-called customer service person had an absolutely lacklustre attitude and genuinely couldn’t care less. I appreciate stock can be limited, however, why did they not phone or message me to let me know the item was no longer available. I then phoned their head office to explain my situation and again received the same response… I can honestly state that I will never use this company again… ironically, the same item was on Amazon and slightly cheaper! Never again you are a disgrace…I wouldn’t even give you a single star if that was possible!!!

I made an order online on the 3rd June… called the store to see if I’d get a confirmation to say my order was in store or if I just went down to collect with the order confirmation, I was advised I wouldn’t receive anything to say it was in store it would just be the confirmation of the order and that I’d just have to pop down to the store. I went down to the store for them to tell me they didn’t have any and orders are normally delivered on Mondays so to go back on the Monday. I rang up on the Monday to ask if there was any in stock to which they said no… they took my name and number and said I’d receive a call when they had them in… few weeks later I still hadn’t had anything so I contacted them again but apparently they still didn’t have any of the product I wanted in stock or that had been delivered, they told me again to wait and they’d contact me. I left it again and had been on holiday etc and still had nothing so again I contacted them to be told that the manager was new and knew nothing about it so he’d look into it for me if I left my name and number again he’d be in touch. Surprise surprise no contact yet again. Again I rang up and was told they didn’t have any and that he was sorry again he’d look into it… I’m now sat here 2 month down the line having ordered and paid for my item with no item… I call again this morning and was told the same information about the manager being new and still no stock of this item! Absolutely shocking service! Never order from this company! I will be demanding a refund tomorrow when the store is open and I will go else where for the product I want and need.

Intending to purchase a glass conservatory roof using Eurocell system. Visited branch as unsure which glass type to select.Spoke to Graeme Pritchard who took us through the options and explained the different systems with samples and spec details.From our discussion we selected the most appropriate system for us.Graeme was extremely knowledgable and helpful and we left the branch confident and happy with our choice.Thank you for all your help.
