The prices are reasonable and the staff helpful

Ordered some guttering and related fittings on-line but inadvertently clicked half-round gutter instead of square, fittings were all okay. Within half an hour I got a phone call from the Stockport branch asking if the half-round was correct. A quick call to Eurocell HQ to correct my order which was then delivered on time on the day stated.
All round a first rate service.

Clear literature, good customer service in Stockport branch, easy ordering process, prompt delivery and straightforward to fit the panels I ordered. Hopefully they will be durable and maintenance free.

Would have appreciated some sort of message advising that the goods were being delivered, it was by chance that I was in. Steve the delivery driver from the Bradbury branch was excellent, very friendly and courteous.

Called into Stockport branch this morning to get some advice and make a purchase.
The guys at the front desk were brilliant, got what was recommended and it did the job brilliantly.

Initial phone call enquiring about replacement piece of guttering for my mum's conservatory- answered by very helpful member of staff who located the part I wanted & confirmed measurements. Fully covid compliant when I visited later to pick it up by prompt & professional guy on the counter. Very pleased.
