Fast delivery, ordered Saturday delivered Monday morning, delivery driver was very helpful and polite.

Eurocell service was extremely good through ease of ordering online, clear pricing and good service from team on collection from Swansea store. Have used several times now due to the excellent service and customer support

Doors are in the wrong place , no window , too high off the floor , canopy doesn't serve a purpose as the doors are on the side , damp wallboards , plastering has to be done by the customer which is holding things up due to the wallboards drying out .

Excellent speedy service, I would definitely highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to place several orders over a few weeks and every order was spot on even down to delivery. The young lad who delivered our order went above and beyond to help store my order in my garage. Absolute credit to the company. Brilliant service

Initial contact could have been better about delivery time but the panels and accessories were delivered on the day that was agreed and by a very friendly and helpful driver. Overall very good experience.

The delivery driver went above and beyond as I was not home and I have mobility issues they took my delivery around the back of my house. When I did my order on line a gentleman at Swansea store emailed me about my order. I rang the store and found out I had ordered the wrong things he organised a refund and it was all sorted before my delivery came out. Any other company would just have sent my order even if they seen the mistake. Every time I have gone to the store they have always had excellent customer services

I think Eurocell is very good because they keep an excellent stock of top quality products at very competitive prices.

Ordering process online was straightforward, showing all items in stock for delivery. Order acknowledgement advised we would be contacted within 3 business days to arrange delivery date. However, it took over 7 working days, with me emailing twice for updates and still no contact regarding delivery received. I telephoned to enquire and was transferred to my local depot, Swansea. Carl at Swansea immediately checked the items ordered and although one product was out of stock, promised to sort the issue out and get everything delivered the following morning. Carl telephoned the following day advising my order was on its way and I received everything at 9.00am. Both Carl and the young lady who delivered my order could not have been more friendly and helpful. Only 3 stars due to the time delay, service from Swansea would be 5 stars. Products and prices both very good. Would use eurocell again, but possibly just go to the depot and collect if possible.
