I ordered some trim online. The website was easy to navigate, and ordering was easy. The following day, I received a call from a representative of Eurocell. They were calling to provide a rough timescale for the item to be delivered to me. He advised that they should be receiving the trim by Monday, and they would get it to me by Tuesday. I thought this was very efficient of them. The man I spoke with was very polite. I have just received the trim today (Tuesday) So, the timescale given was accurate too. I would definitely use Eurocell again. Thank you

Contact was made very quickly and the delivery date agreed.

Ordered online, quick and friendly collection and member of staff helped me with a second item. Good prices too.

Order and collection was straightforward. I didn't have to wait for pick up and staff were friendly. All good.

Bought French doors from Eurocell who pulled out all the stops for my urgent order. Thanks to all and in particular the guys at Swindon west for their excellent service.

Placed the order and quickly received a call to confirm delivery date and availability. Arrived on time and the delivery person was polite and helpful. Product was in excellent condition. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

From start to finish we have been really satisfied with the service for our Garden Office. Shout out to Robin for guidance on design and the fitting team for a job well done.

Excellent service and all-round quality items.

Ordered online, heard nothing from them. Went into the store who took 20 mins to find out that they didn't have it in stock. Told me I could drive to the other branch to collect or I could come back. I was told it would be available later that day for the next day, I said I wasn't sure I could get in then but definitely would 2 days later. The next day I was able to pop in only to be told they hadn't bothered to collect it. Obviously weren't bothered because I'm not a big customer. I was going to place a large order for other things but I'll do that elsewhere now

For goodness sake change your opening times online.

I rushed to get to your Dick Lovett site only for it to be shut!!!!! I thought you may be experiencing staff problems so got in the van and rushed to your other site over the other side of Swindon. This was also shut with the correct times scribbled on the door! 17:30 crossed out and 4pm written on!! No answer (as always) from the phone number.
