After placing the order a week ago I have no delivery date. I’ve had no contact from the branch. I’ve tried to contact the branch on the telephone number which is not being answered very poor service.

Excellent online service and then after care with staff at main depot/office for pick up. Price of item very competitive and mainly in stock for next day collection.
Staff helped to put item into vehicle and were very friendly with good communication throughout.

In stock at great price and easy collection. Will certainly look at them again.

Darron at the Sydenham branch is always very helpful, polite and professional.
He can give you directions regarding the materials you need.

In and out very quick. Materials were in stock. No problem

Good people to deal with over the phone and can't yet comment on the product (Walnut Balustrade), but when the delivery was made this morning the guy had a seriously bad attitude. Wanted to drop about 15 big boxes on the front doorstep rather than in the back garden through a side gate. I left the back gate open for him but just out of spite he left them all on the street! They're still out there, I cant move them as I have dislocated a shoulder. Customer service at its best! Feel like sending the whole lot back before the local Council puts them in their refuse lorry.
