i ordered the wrong item which the store noticed and rang me and advised me what the correct item was and that they would swap this. if not i would of been stuck and not able to do the job.

the delivery driver was amazing and very early just what was needed great team will be dealing with again for an other DIY project.

I use Eurocell a lot 3 great lads always friendly and very knowledgeable, cheers lads.

Update to my previous review. It doesn't get any better. So after being told my order would not be delivered in the stated 48hrs, but in 8 days. I called the local branch today, the day of delivery, because I hadn't heard anything. Obviously waiting in to take delivery was a mistake. I was told the van was still in for an MOT and I was down for delivery in another 5 days time. I think it's time for a new van guys. I can not recommend this company at all, it's been a total waste of 2 weeks waiting for my order. An order which has now been cancelled.

Ordered online, no email received, and no delivery date given. When I phoned up I was told it had been delivered ? Went for a walk up the street and found items had been delivered but to the wrong house.
