To clarify: no member is allowed to solicit gifts or credits, and there are no “poster boys” paid by us to engage users or meet quotas. What you described is not aligned with Eurodate.com’s policy, and we take these types of reports very seriously. Profiles engaging in manipulative behavior like repeatedly asking for hearts or suggesting you switch to letters for no valid reason are flagged and investigated. Moreover, using a certain feature or sending special virtual gifts should be leaning towards one's own discretion.

We’re also sorry that your account deletion took longer than expected. If you still have unused credits, please email us directly at support@eurodate.com with your account info so we can review your credit balance and your refund eligibility — or assist you in reallocating them as per your request.

EuroDate’s algorithm is designed to match based on your filters, but sometimes the platform also highlights new or active users to expand visibility, which can override tight parameters. Moreover, You can adjust your “Let's mingle Settings” reduce these irrelevant interactions and find closest perfect matches. You can also contact us at support@eurodate.com to help you navigate the search filters.
