Euroflorist

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and specifically selected a 30 September delivery date, paying extra for it. The bouquet was only prepared after her birthday and arrived late, completely defeating the purpose of the gift.

What disappointed me even more was the customer service. I spent hours trying to contact Euroflorist on the delivery date and could not reach anyone. Afterwards, I received a series of generic responses explaining that even when you select and pay extra for a specific delivery date, the flowers may still arrive later.

To make matters worse, the bouquet that eventually arrived looked mediocre and nowhere near the advertised pic or what I expected for the price paid of almost €50

Poor service, no accountability, and impossible to reach when something goes wrong.

Never again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Complete lack of customer service. Last time I used them they delivered a thoroughly frozen orchid which died the next day. I thought it was a one off and gave them a chance again on mothers day. They emailed me on the day to say what I ordered is not available (!!!). I asked for alternative just so mum doesn't end up with no present at all. It took them a day to reply to say it has been delivered. Nothing has been delivered. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered flowers from Euroflorist (Order DE23487674) for delivery on 10 January 2026. DHL tracking shows the package was out for delivery but was marked undeliverable and immediately returned to the sender.
The recipient’s contact number was provided, but the delivery driver did not attempt to call, and Euroflorist refused to offer a refund or redelivery, claiming the address was “incorrect,” which was untrue.
This was extremely disappointing, especially for a time-sensitive order like flowers. PayPal had to intervene to get my refund.
I hope Euroflorist improves its delivery service and customer support in the future.
