Great costumer service but not very convenient for foreigner
The customer service replied fast and could solve my problem. However, it's mandatory to own a local phone number to connect with the DHL driver because they can't call international numbers. Since I was staying at a private place during the collection date, I'm unsure if this problem can be solved by asking your hotel reception to contact the DHL driver.

Very Good experience
The delivery was smooth from beginning to end.
The person who picked up the luggage was understanding, very nice and helpful.
The drop off was on time, even earlier than expected.
The courrier was not as helpful as the first one but it’s okay.

Will book their service again
Very quick turnaround time (picked up on 9th and delivered on 11th. Email communication requires some patience (slow response time and incomplete answers) but we got there in the end. Flexible with my change request which was enormously helpful. I probably overbooked the weights but it is on me.
