This company really became more than crappy. In the beginning I was happy with them, shipping was ok, communication also. But now they’ve sent only half of my order, they don’t reply to E-Mails any more and I’m going to consult a lawyer next week on how to get my money from half of my order back, which wasn’t sent. I’m just happy that I never purchased bigger amounts with them. There are so many companies that reply laterally within an hour or two, have wonderful customer service and are reliable whereas this company obviously decided to steal from their customers.

Made Order, Got products. Which was nice. Same products as Were ordered and with long expiry

Absolutely appalling!!! You don't recognise Scotland as part of the UK!! Slow, rude and not helpful one abit! The UK is built up over 4 countries, educate yourself, look at a map!

Wery slow responce, and from making the order and getting It mailed, was 1month between. Everything takes a week to get responce.
There was good and fast service earlier years, but not anymore.
And I wanted to pay via Pay Pal, but Only get bank transver.

Was amazing at service fast and easy but lately a big mess. Very late responses and only payment option is PayPal….

I don't believe that all these reviews are written for free with no reward, just bc the products and service are "so good and amazing." When the products are simply *the products you ordered* and the service is simply *they arrived when they were supposed to*, this isn't THRILLING to 150 ppl who then went online and wrote rave reviews about this amazing experience. That's just ECOMMERCE. Wow, thrilling.

don’t confirm orders. Reply to emails or phone calls. I’m afraid they no longer in business

Ich bin kontinuierlich von der Originalität jedes Produkts, das ich von ihnen gekauft habe, beeindruckt. Sie bieten wirklich eine einzigartige Auswahl, die sich von der Masse abhebt.

This company doesn’t reply any emails, phone calls nothing! They owe me money and it’s impossible to get it back. Also doesn’t seem possible to reorder anyway.

for the first time after a few orders; i paid very quickly, after 10 min, but apparantly the bankaccount was changed (without me knowing) and i transferred to old account. after a few days of emailing, to different email accounts; no replies, no money back, nothing. its simply not the service that im used to from euromex.

At first i was happy about the service and delivery time. They are fast and the service is very good. If i had any questions they really replied fast. Unfortunately the service is bad now. Don’t get any response on my emails and also on social media. I placed a order and didn’t get the payment details. So I order for the second time and also I didn’t get any payment details. I tried to get contact on live chat on there website and they replied and I give my order number. Unfortunately they didn’t response after that. I’m very disappointed in this company because I didn’t had any problems before. I hope the service wil get better.
