Jestem mega zadowolona. Pomoc w pakowaniu paczki szybka realizacja..

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Europaka.pl. I was misled when choosing the shipping option. I needed fast delivery from Warsaw to Spain, so I selected the more expensive FedEx Priority service, which was supposed to be an air shipment.

However, Europaka is now claiming that “Priority” is just a marketing term they use, and it doesn’t actually mean air transport at all.

This is a clear case of misleading customers – they invent their own service names that don’t reflect the actual shipping standard. As a result, I paid more for what turned out to be a slow, standard shipment.

Even worse – the package is now lost,The only responses I’ve received are vague and repetitive – “please wait”. No real help, no responsibility.

I am now forced to pursue the matter through official legal channels. I’m extremely disappointed – this company takes no responsibility for its communication or service.

Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed with the service, There was a delay in the pick up of my parcel, and I was unexpectedly charged a custom duty that I was not informed about. I will not be using this company again !

To say they are useless is underestimatination. Couple of months ago we were charged for package twice casue they claimed package was heavier than booked (we use industrial scale so it's simply impossible).What's funny is that the invoice for over weight came 5 months afyer the package was sent. My shipper just paid it automatically but I quickly realized he shouldn't because after a short search it appears that plenty of people have exactly same issue.
Three weeks ago we used their service again, purely by laziness, and we got our lesson number two. Package went missing and after two weeks there was still no message on it at all. When we contacted euro-paka they told us straight away that package was never picked up in the first place, which isn't true. Thankfully DHL took it up with us and we were able to find the package after all but the customer service and lack of interest at euro-paka's side was disgraceful.
I would have given zero starts if possible.
I highly recommend against using their service, especially if you send high numbers like us, which is between 30 and 40
30kg packages a year.

Very good service! All on time and delivery within the time frame, even 1 day earlier than expected. Package arrived just in time for Xmas.
