Die Einrichtung der Flatrate war super einfach. Die Aktivierung dauert ein paar Minuten, wie beschrieben. Die weitere Nutzung der Flatrate geht dann hoffentlich auch so reibungslos

Die Kauf Abwicklung war ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Habe die Vignette 15 Minuten vor der Durchfahrt von Österreich gekauft hat super geklappt.

Ich habe direkt zwei mal eine Strafe…

Ich habe direkt zwei mal eine Strafe für Ersatzmaut wegen dieser Betrügerseite erhalten!!!! 400€!!!!! Die offizielle Behörde in Österreich erkennt die Vignette die ich gekauft habe nicht an! Ich habe meinen Anwalt bereits eingeschalten! Support schickt immer nur die selbe Antwort! Finger weg!!!

Leider wurde meine Vingette für…

Leider wurde meine Vingette für Österreich erst nach 6 Stunden freigeschaltet obwohl dort stand nach wenigen Minuten wäre sie freigegeben
Habe um 5:05 gebucht um 5:06 ist es bei Paypal abgezogen worden
Jetzt habe ich einen Strafzettel von 200€

Es tut uns leid, dass die Freischaltung Ihrer Vignette in Ihrem Fall so lange gedauert hat und Ihnen dadurch ein Strafzettel entstanden ist. Um Ihren Fall genauer nachvollziehen zu können, haben wir zusätzlich einige Informationen zu Ihrer Bestellung angefragt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Anliegen rund um die Strafe selbst an die zuständige Mautbehörde zu richten sind, da wir als unabhängiger Vermittler dort nicht direkt eingreifen können. Gerne prüfen wir aber, ob die Vignette zum entsprechenden Zeitpunkt korrekt aktiv war.

This is a subscription!

I paid for 10 days vignette. To my great surprise, the following month the same payment was debited from my card. Unless you tell them "stop, I don't need it anymore," you'll be paying every month for ordered vignette. You're buying a subscription, not a one time vignette!!!

Just imagine, you bought a vignette for 10 days in Romania and then after 30 days you will get another vignette for 10 days there! Every month you will have a vignette for Romania, for 10 days :) Brilliant! It will happen so many times until you notice it on your credit card. They name this "procedure" "flatrate". Not subscription, "flatrate". It masked in explanation below:

How does the flat rate work?
When placing your order, you specify the start date and time of your first digital vignette. Each vignette is valid for 10 days. After successful payment, your flat rate is activated and the first vignette is automatically set up within a few minutes. You can view the status at any time in your flat-rate management area.
Book additional vignettes
As soon as you need a new vignette, open your flat-rate management page and select the desired start date. Activation will again take place automatically and at no additional cost. These follow-up vignettes can be activated by you within 7 days before the start of their validity.
