DO NOT USE.Booked for airport in Santa Ponsa, they cancelled saying driver was unavailable and would be refunded in 5-9 days, emailed them but no reply. SCAN COMPANY

We paid it advance in Torino to the airport, and didn't come. We sent an e-mail, without any response. Fake website!

Its a scam. They have no legal number and no team

I booked two transfers through Eurotaxi.it:
• One booking was cancelled by Eurotaxi with a written promise of a refund within 5–9 business days. No refund has been received to date.
• Another booking was confirmed for 2 November 2025 at 22:00 from Dublin Airport (Terminal 1, Coach Park 17–18) to Premier Inn North Docklands. The driver never showed up and made no contact.

After waiting in vain, I had to use an alternative paid service to reach my destination.
I have already sent a formal refund request for a total of €93.00, but received no response.

Extremely disappointing experience: service not provided, no customer support, and refund promise ignored.
Since the company continues to remain silent, the case will proceed through legal channels with the competent authorities.
I strongly advise others to avoid using this website until the recurring refund issues are resolved.

Je ne mettrai même pas une étoile. Je réserve en ligne et paie, je reçois ma confirmation et plus d’une heure d’attente à l’aéroport pour au final prendre un autre moyen de transport. Pas possible de les contacter ni par mail et aucun numéro de téléphone. Plus jamais

My advise to those who are cheated by this co.report the matter to your Credit card company immediely citing trust pilot reviews and ask them to hold on payment as no services delivered.the credit card co will dispute the charges and offer you a reversal.in any case where charge is made and no service provided is disputed and reversed.but do it the same day when they not answer.

Don’t use! It’s a SCAM!! Guys, follow the reviews on their site and alert Google maps too! The site is set in Liban!! Shocking how they are the second in google search!

I paid for the taxi up front, but they cancelled it the night before our flight and still haven’t refunded the money. It is definitely a scam. Avoid them and be careful!

Horrible. Je réserve un taxi la veille pour le lendemain à 5h30 du matin, horaire où il est difficile de trouver un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport un dimanche. Je reçois la confirmation, tout va bien. Moins d'une heure avant, même pas un appel ou un sms, je vérifie mes mails et je vois qu'ils annulent la transaction et que finalement, je me retrouve sans solution, dans l'urgence, à 4h du matin. Entreprise à fuir.

Scam stay clear ... cancelled my taxi for tomorrow morning .. now I have no money to get another taxi..

We thought booking ahead for convenience would be worthwhile and the taxi cancelled on us just 22 minutes prior to our pick up time and then said it would take 5-10 days to reimburse the funds.
Use an uber or the taxi at the airport instead

I booked a taxi well in advance for a 6:00 AM airport pickup while staying in a small village in Italy with no Uber or ride-share services. I even reconfirmed the reservation one day before. Despite that, the company canceled just 2.5 hours before the scheduled time — but I didn’t see their message until 5:00 AM, just one hour before pickup.

Being in a foreign country and in a remote location, I was left scrambling in the early morning to find an alternative. Thankfully, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and managed to find someone last-minute, although I had to overpay just to make it to the airport on time.

This experience was extremely stressful and completely unprofessional on the part of the taxi company. I would not recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable transportation — especially when traveling abroad.
