Good customer service, and easy platform.
There are some features that would be beneficial:
- Ability to export a pdf list of approved products (for sharing with external partners)

Euverify and Ajay were exemplary in helping us navigate the complexity of GDPR reporting after an incident. I highly recommend Euverify - how a provider supports you when stakes are high is the true test of a provider, and Euverify passed with the highest marks!

Easy comms and follow through by staff

Very easy to follow process, which took away the headache at what could be a very complex process. The team where on hand to help support when I did have a few issues with the set up process.

Setting up with Euverify was surprisingly easy — onboarding took minutes and the whole process felt seamless. They handle DSAR requests quickly and keep everything well-organised, so we never have to worry about staying compliant. It just works. Really glad we found them.

Till now everything was running smoothly and quickly, but we registered only one product till yet - so it might be to early to confirm 5 stares

They were able to create our DOC for Europe and UK, be our Authorized Representative (AR) for Europe and UK. The price is super fair, and most important, this is a huge hurdle for sellers and they took out all the difficulties. Huge, huge help. Can't understate how they turned a frustrating but necessary step into something so easy. 5/5 is also from the tremendous help from customer service. Ajay stayed with me the whole way through and answer every question. It was much appreciated!

I had some questions before signing up that were promptly answered via email. The prompt replies are what made my mind up to sign up for the 14 day trial.
I ended up only needing a couple of days to set it all up and adding products once I had the hang of it was very easy. I am older and not tech minded , so I can recommend this company to anyone that is worried about getting a rep. I actually ended up taking out a higher plan so i can extend my product range.
