Bought “top of the line” Miele vacuum less than 5 years ago. Complete breakdown of beater head attachment already, $1300, Miele vacuum, had to replace entire head, which will cost less than having someone fix it, because of labor. The vacuum was very lightly used. My household consists of myself and one dog. I am the sole user. Now waiting for new head. According to tracking the replacement part will be here almost two weeks after it was ordered. Vacuum cleaner was beyond disappointing. I will never purchase another Miele product. I’ve purchased other less expensive brands that lasted for years and ran much better. Replacement part turn around time has been very disappointing as well. Seems a machine that was built to fail. Ridiculously long delivery time.

I had found replacement belts elsewhere, but they broke with very little use. The belts I purchased here are OEM quality.

I purchased a solenoid valve for my steam cleaner a couple of weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping as my steam cleaner is in many pieces. They still haven’t shipped. I sent a couple of emails to service and I’ve been ignored. No response, no timing, not sure what’s going on?

I sent an email a day ago to mention the one star review here for reasons stated above. Label now created, USPS (not the best method IMO), and they refunded half of my shipping costs. So hope has returned.

I bought four (4) ProTeam 15XP Power Nozzle Motors (104506). The description reads: This is a replacement ProTeam 15XP Power Nozzle Motor with Crimps. Except it doesn't come with the clips. I called customer service and they said that is how it ships now. I now have to pay shipping to return these and get our money back and buy from a reputable, honest vendor. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble - AVOID EVACUUMSTORE!!

I ordered a part for my bissel multiclean lift off vacuum 2 months ago. It took 3 weeks but I finally received my order. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part. I contacted the company and they said they would reorder the correct part and send me a shipping label to return the incorrect one. Again it took 2 weeks and several emails, but I finally received the shipping label and returned the incorrect part. After another extended period with no communication, I contacted the company again. I was told the part was delayed. This time I canceled the order and requested a refund. I received confirmation that the refund would appear in 2-3 days. I still have not received the refund 3 weeks later.

Order arrived exactly as described. When I emailed customer service about a potential shipping delay, they contacted me back immediately. I received the vacuum part the next week. Overall very satisfied.

I was unsure, but needed a part for my handheld vacuum. The part got to me quick! I only ordered the dust bin and they gave me a new filter too, which was nice surprise! Thank you guys!

My SEBO X4 vacuum suddenly would not turn on after 9 years. A quick trip to Everett Vacuum had the basics checked. This is a very hardy well built machine that will last for many years. I can do almost all the service myself with ease. Same price for a new one as Amazon but they do not offer the color I like. Thank goodness the repair was very affordable. I buy my bags and supplies from eVacuum! Bought a Miele cannister vacuum on sale from eVacuum too!

I could’ve walked backward on one leg to MA from IN and gotten my replacement hose sooner. It took over a week to ship and was received almost 2 weeks after the order. The hose, however, is great and works like the original.

Ordered 2 things, and hadn’t received them on time, turns out after contacting support they were still waiting for the part to show up so they could ship my thing.. Support was super helpful and nice to work with, they were prompt and gave me some other options to get my things shipped faster! Overall I am impressed
