It appears your neural network is drawing an unjustified and inaccurate conclusion. There is zero evidence to support your false & misleading allegations. Evalid is NOT a scam company. We are a Know Your Customer digital identity company that PREVENTS fraud, money laundering and other illegal activities.

We are based in the Netherlands. You can contact our compliance department and speak to our compliance officer if you want to discuss any of your false allegations and misguided, ill-judged views.

I would advise you in the future to provide actual tangible information & evidence to support your views to help others and not spread false information.

Hi,

Thank you again for the second review albeit its is a copy & paste of your old review. South Africa introduced the new Smart ID 10 years ago in 2013. The new Smart ID cards supersedes the old barcoded identity book. You can apply for a new Smart ID card here:

https://www.gov.za/services/services-residents/citizenship/personal-identification/apply-for-identity-document

It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure they have the latest and correct identity documents. Regarding "taking a picture for more than 3 hours" - please contact our customer service team and we shall gladly assist you: support@evalid.io.

Please note, WE DO HAVE a customer service team that is trained to best serve our customers. Its a joint effort - we also require customers to have the correct identity documents in order to verify their identity.

There have been changes in certain countries about what IDs are deemed acceptable and which have been discontinued. Evalid is an independent ID verification service provider. We check the identity of individuals on behalf of our clients. The ID verification process is simple, transparent, and aimed to ensure you are who you say you are. Evalid does not "suggest" or recommend companies. We are not an employment agency, and are not involved in the decision making process.

Thank you for your feedback on TrustPilot. At Evalid, we have strict SLA's and respond to customers within a matter of hours. Please note, under GDPR, data controllers have one month to respond and confirm they have deleted your data. However, we process data deletion requests before the stated timeframe. Thank you for the feedback. We have strict SLA’s to respond to customer emails. I can confirm our support team did reach out to you via email. Furthermore, our system automatically sends instructions to help guide customers through the process. In the event there is an issue with your verification, both our support team and our system will notify you concurrently. You might have missed the emails and communication we sent you and advise you to check your spam/junk folder.

Having missed emails does not qualify as fraud. We are transparent in how we operate, and wholeheartedly committed in helping protect our customers against identity fraud. So let's refrain from allegating comments out of frustration.

Whilst I cannot comment on individual cases why a person’s verification was rejected multiple times, you are welcome to contact our support team on support@evalid.io, and we shall gladly be of assistance.
