I purchased a portable type 2 charger with 15 metres of cable. Very happy with the robustness of the control and thickness of cable. Has worked well so far. Happy to recommend.

I bought my EV cable in June 2024 and it has worked faultlessly ever since. However, a few nights ago in the middle of the night it kept tripping the mains in my home. I thought I'd have to buy a new one but found out it had a 2 year warranty which I was happy about. I contacted the company and they responded within the hour asking me to check a few things and to take a picture of the connector before sending it back to them. Upon taking the picture I noticed it looked very clean and dry and I didn't think it looked quite so pristine the other night and I suspected that some water had got in causing my mains to trip.

I plugged my now dry charger in and hey presto it fired up with no issues and has subsequently charged my van .

I wanted to say all my correspondences with the company were very positive with my emails being answered in a timely manner by a friendly lady called Isa. I feel confident that if I have any problems in the future whether in or out of warranty they will look after me.

Fast and efficient service. My 15m yellow type two cable arrived on time and is now happily charging my first EV.

I originally ordered the 2m cables, but these proved to be too short (2m is way shorter than you might think) I used the chat bot to see if I could return the cables and replace with a longer version and they made it really easy for me to do this – excellent service

Purchased a 7.5m yellow 32A Type 2 cable from EV Cables Ltd. Order was processed and safely delivered well packaged via Royal Mail within 48hrs. The Wotz cable and plugs feel solid and well made. I chose yellow rather than black to improve visibility and less of a trip hazard.

Ordered an EV Portable (Granny) Charger Extension Lead (EVUK22192) for use with the Lexus provided granny charger.

Delivery was very fast, which was a great start. What really stood out was the support line — they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They guided me through the setup step-by-step, which made the whole process stress-free.

The extension lead itself is great quality and feels very robust. It has been working perfectly, even under heavy rain, which gives real peace of mind.

Highly recommend if your driveway is long until you get a charger fitted.

Cable is hard to insert in and remove from the car. Rubber cups on both end are hard to remove. All in compare with the original cable.

Had original cable supplied by VW with my brand new ID Buzz, which failed after 11 months. There were no instructions (eg care of cable etc.), supplied by VW for the cable and they would not replace it under their Warranty Scheme.
Therefore I’ve had to buy a new cable.
EV Cables was recommended to me by my EV charger supplier.
EV Cables website is clear and very informative. Prices are very competitive and cable was delivered within 2 days. I’ve taken out the extended warranty for extra peace of mind. There are full safety and care instructions supplied with the cable.

It was a very easy process. I ordered, they confirmed and in a few days I received my order. No drama. Just as it should be.

I purchased a 10m cable in October 25 and the service was great.
Unfortunately I had an occasional issue with the cable not triggering the connector lock on the wallbox. This progressively got worse but on contacting EV Cables, the support was excellent and the provided a return label which allowed me to return the cable, have it adjusted and delivered back to me within 6 days. Brilliant service and support!

Helpful to deal with cable as advertised seems good quality

A little background. We bought a new EV and of course it has the charging port in a different location to our previous one,rendering the original cable too short.
Quick google led to EVCables and dived in and bought a replacement, longer Type 2 cable.
I received an email from their CS team very soon after asking me to clarify my purchase which is sensible given I’m sure some people manage to balls up what they need.
Delivery landed the next day (I paid for their fastest delivery as we had the electrician booked this week) and the quality of the cable is very, very good.
The plug is way better quality than the original supplied with our EV charger and the cable is more flexible and again of better quality.
Cable ends were professionally terminated and the sparky took only 15 mins to swap them over.
All in all an excellent experience from beginning to end.
