I recently ordered the Level 2 EV Charger with NEMA 10-30 Plug, 24Amp 240V for J1772 Electric Vehicles. The charging station arrived well packed and in perfect condition. It appears to be of extremely good quality. No issues with installation and it has worked perfectly. Fyi- I did contact customer service about possibly upgrading to a higher amp unit and they responded quickly. Although I decided to keep the item I originally ordered, they made it clear that an upgrade would be handled quickly and painlessly. You can't ask for more than that! I like this company and plan another order soon.

I recently ordered a EVDANCE Flux Level 1 NEMA 5-15 Plug 12A J1772 Portable EV Charger. It is a L1 (120V 8A) J1772 ETL charger with WiFi (no model # on website) so I would be able to schedule and monitor charging sessions. When it showed up a few days later, I was confused and later pleasantly surprised and to see it was a model EV-ACS1605U dual voltage (120V/240V 16A max) charger. It is a L1/L2 (120 12A/240 16A) charger with wifi and a 120V to 240V plug adapter. I initially thought this was a mistake but after contacting Evdance they confirmed it was an upgrade of a new product release. This combination works perfectly for me and allows for great flexibility in charging options. The overall quality is amazing. Looks and feels and feels like well made product. I have so far only charged using 120V 12A but im setting up a dedicated 20A circuit and will shortly use 240 V 16A for approximately 3 X the speed.

Great combination of features and price. If you want flexibility in charging plugs and levels with a maximum 20A this is the product for you.

I initially received the incorrect charging heads for my vehicles. I was asked for some information about my purchase, took a few photos to accurately document what I had received, and could not be happier with communication and support.
EVDance has great customer support, product works great, and I Highly Recommend them.

Bought one via Amazon in April 2024 at an amazing discounted price of $ 129 ( after a $ 40 rebate coupon - on Amazon itself). Works perfect and no issues. Almost nearing the 2nd year next month and a half.

EVDANCE service has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to resolve my issue. Their communication has been great, and helps you feel valued as a customer.

Very easy to use and option to set up schedule is handy. Good length of cable allow for ease of reach. In general, very happy with the purchase.

Support via email was prompt and courteous.

As a new EV owner setting up a charge system to sync with your car is not intuitive.

EV DANCE was pretty straightforward.

Callie, who was tech-support was patient and supportive and eventually the product worked as designed. I have a Tesla adapter, which works quite well as well as a plug-in 40 amp portable charger for my home.

The site took my money, but I didn’t receive what I ordered. Very frustrating.

I contacted EVDANCE via email with a question about my order. They responded promptly and answered my question fully and followed up to make sure everything was worked out. Clearly a company that cares about their customers, their products and people. I was very impressed.

Customer Service has been very responsive. Usually gets back in 24hrs. Addressed any concerns I've had so far.

Overall, a positive experience. The product performs well, and there are no issues or concerns.

bought the EVDANCE Mode 2 the socket over heated and melted.
contacted the customer service by email, initially they responded asking for proof of purchase, which was sent dated 23/dec/24 will within the 2 year waranty, since they stopped answering my emails.
since i wrote this review. i was contacted by a customer service manger to apologise for lack of response and offered a replacement or refund, as i already bought a replacement, I opted for a refund.
later he emialed me asking to delete the review, i informed him , i only will edit the reviewto reflect thier reponse once i recived the review that was 22/12/25 , no farther reponse recived and no refund!!!

Hello! I have to say that I was not convinced for 100% when I placed my order. Original order was for presale charger with WiFi option. Since it is new model they had no exact date when it will be delivered but I decided to place my order anyways. After about three weeks I gave up and decided to contact them and ask where it will be shipped since I could not wait any longer))))))). They offered me to send right away a charger without WiFi option that was available plus a refund for difference between these models +$20 USD for inconvenience. Now using the unit for about a week have to say that I am very happy with this charger. Quality is top notch. Cable is thick and unit itself with screen looks great! All plug in connectors made of high grade plastic. I am a picky guy when it comes to purchases and I definitely can recommend this brand 100%

It was impressive to see that the size of the charging cable is thicker than the original one that came with my Tesla vehicle. Charged as planned and was impressed with the storage wall brack and holder for the cables when stored till the next time I charge the vehicle.

EVDance charger. I have owned and used this unit for just over a year. It hasn't missed a beat. It has a 32a commando plug into a good supply and is mounted outdoors in a weather proof box. I can see no changes to the cable or charging socket so far. It saved the the cost of a full installation and has fully met my expectations.

No customer service no order tracking....place your order and pray

If you’re thinking about purchasing anything from this company be aware that effectively you cannot cancel an order and if you want to return an item they will charge you a 30% restocking fee and shipping. I ordered an item from them, then emailed them to cancel my order 20 minutes after having placed the order. I didn’t hear back from them for 3 days by which time the package was already shipped. When I contacted them about returning the item I was told that I’d have to pay a 30% restocking fee and the shipping fee. Just a horrible customer service experience.
