This is the second time we have been lucky enough to buy and sell with Eveleighs and I can honestly say they have been amazing from start to finish. Robin and Shane handled all the viewings brilliantly and helped us secure our new home. They were always available and so helpful, friendly and professional. Robin was available throughout every stage of the process to provide reassurance and advice when needed. Lynne dealt with the sales progression in a long chain and was outstanding at making sure we exchanged and completed as planned. As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was the only one throughout my experience to take the extra time to help me find the perfect rental.

From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. From then on, she provided clear and helpful information, ensuring I understood the process and felt comfortable with the arrangements.
