Events Travel was great! We booked a 2026 Japanese Formula 1 Hotel, Race Tickets & Track Transportation package with them. They were highly communicative, attention to detail was impeccable and everything was delivered as promised.

The organisation, the quality accom and travel buses and of course the clientele!

We booked very last minute and they made it happen! Great seats at the event, hotels and train tickets all organised. Very prompt responses to all our questions before and during the trip. Will definitely use them again!

Japan provided many highlights without trying due to the culture and the people, so what we had heard was very true. Always felt safe as individual and group.

Accommodation in each location was easy to find and in convenient for day trips once had bearings.

Success with initial accommodation made good first impression which made group trust what was ahead which in turn helped all relax.

Always got a prompt response to any question, no matter how dumb question was.

Events Travel made everything easy, great seats for the race weekend, excellent hotels and seamless transfers.

Great organisation, everything went really well. The hotels in Japan were particularly excellent so no complaints! Would highly recommend Events Travel.

George and the team had all of the bases covered for our Suzuka Grand Prix Experience and were able to offer alternative seats and upgrade hotels all without batting an eye. A great service and a great experience.

Overall AUS 2026 GP was amazing however there were a few small things which could’ve made our experience better. I had reached out to book as I saw a offer available between subsidised flight credits, one extra stay at the hotel for free and some free mech however none of these offers were provided when I made my booking. I had to ask and was met with some reluctantly. I also had requested an extra night and was not offered the extra night free at the hotel as advised. Our hotel room was lovely and we had a wonderful view however we did not find the event travel staff on site throughout our stay and we asked the hotel staff who also did not have a clue. Our tickets and accommodation information was sent out a few days prior to us leaving, however i understand that it was not the agencies fault and they were great at communicating with us during this time. Overall enjoyed the trip but bummed out to miss out on the deals promised.

I booked Ticket/flight/accomodation package. Good grandstand seats and accomodation, flights and transfer went smoothly. The staff at Events Travel were very helpful with my inquiries.

Everything went very smoothly for us. From payment making, information corro, airport transfers, tickets and always someone ready to answer any queries we had prior. I will definitely recommend and use Events Travel in the future.

The organisation of the event was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. The accommodation and the general information on how to travel to the venue and things to do was also phenomenal.

The team responded very quickly to queries including responses from the GM of the business which gives you comfort when you are uncertain around tickets and organisation.

The team at Events Travel are extremely on the ball. My emails and questions were answered extremely quickly considering how busy they must been during a big event.
Our whole experience to the Melbourne Grand Prix, from accommodation to tickets, was amazing due to Events Travel. Will definitely use them again.

Our first F1 experience. We had the 4 day Grandstand and accommodation package. The overall booking process was so easy and stress free.
Our stay at the Vibe Hotel was great. Friendly staff in attendance and was a short walk to Flinders Street Station where we boarded the tram for Albert Park and close to all the restaurants.
We had the best time. Would highly recommend Events Travel for your next adventure.

We had a great time! We went with Events travel because we've used them before when we went to the Singapore GP 2023. Tickets are difficult to procure for the AGP so I thought this would be a good way. Combine that with the inclusion of accommodation and the Motorsport Breakfast and I was sold!! Everything was perfect and organized seamlessly Well done Events Travel !!!!!!!

Well organised. I appreciate the digital age but at 66 years of age, we are still dinosuars when it comes to this new tech - so our ability to navigate the terrain is rather difficult. If it wasnt for my son travelling with me, Im dont think I would ever had got through the ticket processing. I am a lot more comfortable with printing out hard copies etc.. Like I said - us oldies still do find the tech difficult to navigate.
