Customer Service is nonextant. The delivery was extremely late with cutesy messages. I wore the item once, washed it and it was defective. I had followed their laundry directions. I contacted Customer Service with photos and explained that I followed their laundry instructions. The response was as if it wasn't read thoroughly. It did include a suggestion and I tried it. When I responded it didn't work and wanted something done about the purchase, no response.

I wanted to return my order as I had mistakenly chosen the wrong style. This has involved a lot of messages and emails since 12th March. Today, 12th April, I received this e mail- 'However we do not allow replacements from one style to another. If you want, you can return your order for an exchange and we'll process the replacement.'
This is the standard of reply that you receive from this company, after a simple request of asking how to return their product. I can't believe I've spent a month of my life dealing with such poor customer service and never getting a definitive answer to : How do I make a return?

Nothing compared to what they claim to cover however, their customer service is right on top of apologizing and trying to get you to purchase their next level absorbency with their

We have heavy flow version available which can hold up to 20tsp of liquid. You might want to give it a try. :)

Absolut Finger weg. Ware wurde zwar geliefert aber die Größenangaben stimmen nicht. Rücksendung war nur in die USA möglich, zu einem entsprechenden Preis. Kaufpreis wurde zurückerstattet aber die Annahme der Rücksendung wurde verweigert, woraufhin ich als Absender die Kosten der Rücksendung nachbelastet bekam. Kommunikation mit dem support ist völlig bizarr, immer wieder neue Ausflüchte, falsche Behauptungen und Lügen. Ich kann nur dringend vor diesem Unternehmen warnen.

There should be a -1 Star to give this product. The protection was like wearing tissue paper. These incontinence panties do not work at all. Don't waste your money buying them.

2) I had an incident at work that left the top sopping wet and leaked out the sides to my outerwear.
3) I hate that I fell for this scam, I should know better.
4) the replacements I requested that were for a different style was wrong, they sent the same baggy French cut not briefs.
5) I think all the 5 star rating are AI generated.

I found the marketing very misleading, I made a purchase for my mother these were not at all what I expected, to return there are so many points to go through and if they feel they returned and the packaging was damaged out of you control no refund and they have to be returned to USA at your cost.

I did not like how the ones I bought felt, but since I had washed them all first, they would not let me get any kind of refund or exchange for a different style. They told me i could exchange for the same briefs, but a different size and not have to send them back. Problem wasn’t the size, it was the style. When I tried to order a different style for even less that the $150 I already spent and wasn’t satisfied, they told me that wasn’t an option. Will not buy from this company ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone!

For me, they work great. I do have a small leakage problem but I got the high absorbency to be on the safe side. They do keep me dry and they absorb well so for me, they work perfectly.

WTH! I cannot believe these are still in the market. What a total scam. have light bladder leakage, at the end of the day all I got was wet smelly undies. DO NOT BUY!!

Thank you for making leakproof underwear that ACTUALLY does what it says it does.
I have tried several different brands and NONE of them have been successful in proving what they say their product does. They wash well, no bulkiness, and very comfortable.
They fit perfectly, thin material but don’t let that fool you! They are all what they say they are!

Your commercial is very misleading. I have overactive bladder that is a condition of continuous going to the bathroom. I wear adult diapers that are padded specifically for that. Your product doesn't even cover it for one time when you have an accident. I usually go to the bathroom about 27 times a day. Half of those are probably accidents. People who have bladder incontinence should not be using this product because it doesn't work. You should put that in your commercial!!!

The panties are comfortable and leaks do not come through; however, the liner doesn’t absorb even small leaks. Urine remains on the surface so that it spreads down a person’s legs when the panties are removed. I also tried wearing them with a pad; however, the pad won’t stick to the panty. I would not recommend and I won’t buy Everdries again.

Their check out page offers 2 to 3 day delivery for and extra $20. It doesn't say business days. After paying the extra $ the very first confirmation of order email showed a delivery date of 7 days. After an exchange of 12 emails and them saying they can't be responsible for delays in shipping, their final response After asking for refund of shipping, was to refuse delivery. So worst customer service ever and false advertising.

I was skeptical when ordering but once I received and began using they were made well and so comfortable. I will be purchasing more as I love the freedom from using other products. Thank you, Patty M

Everdries products and the company are absolutely terrific! I have been wearing both the light and heavy absorbing for 15+ months. The work!!! But I have to say that the new boy shorts are a game changer. They are so comfortable. I ordered the black and I’m now ordering the beige. You will not regret wearing these and the exchange policy is superb. A great product from a great company.

I love these. They are so comfortable and lightweight. Very pretty colors as well. I’m so happy that I found them.

They don’t work and customer service never got back to me… don’t waste your money

I bought the super absorbent and found them not to be absorbing at all. Went bowling with friends the first time I wore them, and they leaked around the legs. Very embarrassing as my jeans were wet, so I made an excuse to leave early. Also the fit was poor. They said I can not return them because I wore a pair. How are you supposed to know if they work if you don't wear them? Guess I spent $165.00 for dust rags. Do NOT buy if you have more than a very very light bladder leak.
