very polite and friendly. didn't try that dumb heavy-handed stuff that a lot of people tried to collect on a debt. thank you very calm and casual which it turn made me comfortable to where I felt inclined to settle this right away. pay the amount requested that is no longer an issue. all because of how they handle the situation

jim janko was a very easy person to deal with. he explained everything clearly to me. answered all my questions. he wasnt intimidating or a bully,which i very much liked.

The woman who helped me was very understanding and went above and beyond to help. Give her a raise. 😁

Now I gotta say, I've dealt with quite a few collection agencies and quite a few agents. But from my own experience, Tim Janko was quite helpful and honest. He managed to help me out of a tough spot and really did make it a seamless experience and really did help me figure out a good plan to get my debt resolved. I must admit I've had agents who are... well... less then kind. But he definitely stayed friendly and professional, which is rare to find.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that had the job of telling me that I had to pay this money. His name is Tim Janko.
Tim was very kind and very helpful. I had been round and round with PayPal regarding this outstanding bill. I never got anywhere. I was denied twice by them. Tim Janko gave me some helpful tips on how to remedy this debt. Tim Janko was a pleasure to work with while he had a horrible job to take on.

I was concerned when I started reading some reviews from other people. My experience was pleasant and Bill was very polite and courteous. He seemed very concerned about my situation and came up with a final settlement amount so I could pay this off and put it behind me. We agreed on a lump sum payment and now I can just move forward and focus on my health without the stress of owing.

The guy on the phone was nice and helpful I suppose but there all a bunch of sharks either way

In this time of financial unrest, this company goes above and beyond working out the issues. They are extremely professional and compassionate toward people who are struggling to keep their head above water. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Anyone reading this review should know not to be afraid to contact this company and speak to one of their representatives....especially Tim who helped me through a very difficult situation. I did not receive the email with all the details that they told me I would get. I looked multiple times yesterday and didn't see anything. In my inbox or spam. They confirmed my email and everything.

I received a phone call from Joe, he explained the reason for calling was very understanding and listened to what I had to say concerning nonpayment with Indigo he then spoke with his supervisor about giving me a great payment plan that would stop interest rate and pay balance owed. I agreed and was able to do so within a month. I'm a happy camper!!!

Maureen was polite and kind and such a pleasure to work with. She makes a not so great situation into something you don’t mind.

Ryan Doyle was extremely kind to me and very helpful to try to get this issue resolved. He made an arrangement that I can, hopefully, adhere to in the next 12 months.
