Early this morning I called to change my payment method and talked to Derek Freeze. He was very helpful in making my change and made me an offer to pay in full my outstanding balance less some money I owe. I was so very thankful I was able to do this at this time and glad Derek was helpful and I was able to get this outstanding balance taken care of!

The Difference Respect Makes
I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially. This is the way bill collection SHOULD be done. Thank you!

Derek from the gate established a very good rapport with me. He made me feel comfortable, and that I could trust him... Made me feel like he actually cared, instead of just trying to seal the deal for as much as he possibly could regardless if it left me struggling.
