I needed to set up LPA and to get my Will sorted, but I had no real understanding on the ins and outs and implications of my decisions other than I needed to do it as soon as possible.

Mark went to great pains to make sure I fully understood all decisions I undertook and the implications of things as I might not have thought about putting down in writing and how important it is to do this correctly. It also took a lot of time to explain how LPA’s work.

His patience and understanding Was endless, no matter how many times I wanted to revisit or change wording etc he was more than accommodating.

Mark then came to my Home for final signatures and again quickly covered everything before I signed and everything was witnessed.
