Your delivery delays would put me off ordering with you a second time
The delivery company said we would receive the package two days ago and it’s still not arrived

They have signed me up for a membership without be even being in the country, let alone agreeing to it in person. I haven’t had a membership there for 2 years at least. I’ve also started receiving marketing emails which I didn’t sign up to - talk about GDPR breach!

I have been trying to get out of my contract for several months now. A contract that a member of staff entered me into in error. Myself and a friend was clear we wanted to be able to cancel anytime. We have both been back and forth and they have finally canceled my friend’s gym membership without further payment however they will not cancel mine. This is despite the fact our situation is identical as we had the walk around together and signed up together.

I have also just discovered that the member of staff that signed us up selected that we had read the Terms and Conditions and MEDICAL HEALTH declaration. Not only were we not given time to read this but they were NEVER provided to us.

I have contacted the company and they will not let me out of the contract that they falsely entered me into and I have contacted the gym directly and they haven’t got back to me.

Do not understand the stress they put people under and what they could worry about losing such as their home. All because of the negligence of a member of staff.

Purchased Everlast Trainers from Sports Direct on Isle of Man. They lasted less than 3 weeks of normal daily use, one if them has come unglued on the heel. Sports direct manager on Iske of Man refused a refund stating I should not be wearing them each day, also they were on discount so no right to refund- a violation of UK cobsumer rights.

I would like to include a photo of the trainer here but there is no facility to do that.

Do not waste your money on this company. Here I thought this was supposed to be an awesome company. I got a shoulder brace red light brace for Christmas and the charger cord is only a foot long and the brace red light only works while charging. So u have to have a long extension cord to use it and then get wrap up in all the damn cords. I can buy a little ice thing to put in the little pocket since they don’t even supply, the customer with one that fits it. It should work after charging it over night, but no if it’s not on the charger charging u can’t use it. What a waste of money for some shitty ass product …. THIS COMPANY IS A FN JOKE

I bought some Everlast gym leggings direct from the Everlast Clothing website for £31.99. The item came from Sports Direct with a 50% off label attached so I could have bought them for £14.99 from Sports Direct. So I start a returns, the return website doesn't work. It accepts your order number, but doesn't accept your postcode, or email address or last 4 digits of your phone number. Absolutely useless. No customer service email address or phone number. So I've packaged said leggings up and put in the post to the returns address I managed to find on their website. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM EVERLAST CLOTHING EVER AGAIN

I have no yet received the shipment and its stuck and not moving

Yes got our order after as couple of days, even though we were worried because evri were delivering, but all ok

The mouth guards suck and never mold correctly no matter who molds it or how they mold it

Bought a pair of £12 gloves via the Everlast site. The order confirmation email came from SportsDirect not Everlast, and when the gloves were delivered there was a £6 SportsDirect sticker on them! So I have paid double the price and it is impossible to return the item to a store as this is not allowed for online purchases. There is no Customer Service email available for Everlast or for SportsDirect (not even sure which of them to contact tbh) and the "contact form" for both Everlast and SportsDirect which are identical, so presumably now run from the same people says that the "site is unavailable".
Dreadful customer service and impossible to rectify.

I payed more money to have my order the day before and it has been delayed already, not good

On September 13, I ordered from the Everlast website a pair of leather gym gloves. The product is really good and I've been using it for several years. No problems here whatsoever, and I would highly recommend these gloves to anyone who take their gym training seriously.

The problem, however, is with the prices. Specifically, the price quoted on the website is £17.99 for a single pair of gloves (incl. VAT, excl. shipping). Yet, when I received the item, the price on the item itself was £9.00 for a single pair, or £14.50 for two pairs! (presumably the item was picked up from a shop and was shipped to me.) Normally, online items should be costed less to those at a shop.

I then try to get help from the Everlast website. This is just imporrsible. The "contact form" option points to "Contact Us", which in turn leads to a menu with a series of choises which do not seem to be activated. There is a search option right below but it does not seem to be particularly helpful. And there are no phone numbers to contact.

In summery, very disappointed and very let down.

paid £52 for training bottoms . they arrived with 50% price sticker reduction at £26.99.had no communication from everlast reference reimbursement .also not too happy with product quality even at sale price .

where is my order? the last info i got said it will be delivered 12.08. and its been 5 days since then and i can’t see anything else. my code for tracking isn’t working and i dont know who to contact

Birthday present. Day late arriving. VERY CROSS price paid £99.99 + post on box marked 30% off £69.99.Cannot find contact DISGUSTING.

I thought Everlast was a good brand. The items I bought were quite expensive. When they arrived they are covered with Sports Direct 50% stickers so I have significantly over paid. I feel like I have been ripped off. The Contact Us part of their website doesn't work so there's no way to get in touch with them.
