They use a loop hole saying you can return items but they have to go back to China and they state you can use any courier but it should be recorded and would likely cost £25! They say their London branch is an office and not a distribution centre. I feel scammed.

I would not give this company any stars at all,in fact I would go so far as to say please do not touch them with a barge pole!!! The stuff is a load of cheap rubbish,they cause a huge business if you want a refund,to my cost I would NEVER EVER use them again.dont waste your time or money!!!

I ordered a dress from Everly London thinking it would be arriving from their London shop but it took such a long time as it arrived from China!
The website is totally misleading and if you need to return the item you have to pay £20 to £25 to send back to China.
The dress is nothing like the picture and not made of a light cotton at all.
This company should not be trading. Don’t make an order you will certainly regret it.
Trading Standards should take a look for sure.

Absolutely terrible. The dress I received was so different to the one modelled on the advert. Very cheap polyester fabric, the buttons didn’t stay closed and the pattern very different.

Beware of the 100% happiness guarantee and 100% refund. They do refund 100% but you have to pay the shipping costs to their distribution centre in China which was quoted around £18-20. They suggested accepting a 10% credit which when refused after pointing out the lack of clarity at the point of purchase over the buyer requirement to pay the return fees, they increased to 20% and said their terms and conditions are free to read on their website prior to purchasing. Very misleading, I threatened to dispute via my credit card company and they then provided a refund.

Also it shows review ratings on their website of 4/5 but you can’t click on them and nowhere in the process or on their website does it allow you to leave a review so think given the Trustpilot score they must be false.

This company is a shambles…….. they use AI generated photos which are nothing like the items you will receive. Trying for a refund is a joke.
Stay well away from this Chinese brand.

When you buy item ,they will make you confused to buy before you pay very very careful they not refund. I got 2pairs of shoes and make me confused to buy after that I realise and send email immediately.they not cancel my order and they already process they advise wait for delivery.when I received my parcel,I was requested for refund,they said no eligible for reason to refund.

I would give 0 if possible I ordered a dress from this company (big mistake) but on checking my banking app I’ve noticed they have taken payment twice
Tried contacting the company but to no avail
Stay away from this company total scammers. I was sure they were based in London but as usual CHINA total rubbish
Received both dresses 1 I didn’t order and both of the binned disgusting quality

I am not conviced the reviews on the Everly London website are genuine.

100% refund promised yet when I wished to return item because of poor quality im told I have ship and track to China which comes to close to the full price paid or alternatively accept small %of purchase price.
