I am a provider. I would give one star if I could. They are the hardest pharmacy to get ahold of, you will spend 45 minutes fighting with AI to finally get to the wrong department who will transfer you to a line that doesn't exist. Unfortunately this was not a one off event. They have cancelled my Rx and unfortunely since we can't actualy speak to anyone we cannot find out why they won't fill it. The last few times this has happend we just resort to sending it to CVS/walgreens instead, but finally I figured I'd leave a review and say something. Please urge your patient's to find better options if even possible. Or better yet, vote for someone who can fix this.

Due to the general incompetence of every department at Accredo (owned by Evernorth), my medication and treatment are officially a month past due. Accredo is incapable of processing anything in a timely fashion. Additionally, they tried to file my claims in a way that would result in my having to pay a huge cash amount to them, rather than processing it through the submitted prior authorizations (which would mean they received a lower, negotiated, fee from insurance/pharmacy benefits). They kept trying this particular money-grabbing tactic for well over a week. Once we finally got them off of that track, and got the shipment scheduled, they somehow managed to miss getting the medication onto the FedEx truck, resulting in YET ANOTHER UNECCESARY DELAY.
I have spoken with people as high up as I have been allowed, with Hazel, a supervisor, being the latest person to try and explain away Accredo's failings. All I get it a bunch of apologies, and a guarantee that it will not happen again. Considering they have failed at every single task they have been given, I do not have much hope. It is also worth noting that in their attempts to explain away the company's (and its employees) shortcomings, I have been silenced. They simply will not hear what I have to say, choosing instead to ramble aimlessly, making up excuses that do not actually excuse what has occurred. No one at the company cares about your health. They simply want to make as much money off of each patient as they can, and they WILL absolutely sacrifice your health to ensure they get money from patients, and not the lower prices they would receive from benefits providers.
I, unfortunately, have no choice but to use Accredo as my prescription benefits manager is Express Scripts (Evernorth), who gave me no choice but to go through Accredo.
Poor reimbursement process

But I would need to mail it in vs the online option. I asked to speak to a supervisor because of how absurd this was and I was disconnected.
I will be going back to my local brick and mortar pharmacy as of today.
Extremely poor customer service…
Extremely poor customer service experience. I was sent medication without being told the cost upfront, only to receive a surprise bill months later for over $2,000. Failing to disclose pricing before shipping is highly misleading and puts customers in a difficult position. This kind of practice should be illegal.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Where to start?
1. They will give you infinite run-around to get everything set up - you need 3- month prescriptions from your doctor, they don't fill some meds - but you can't just go anywhere you want to get locally. It's all a complete rigamaroll.
2. Their prior authorization department is set up to deny you - I'm currently working to get a renewal on a prescription that I have been previously on for TWO YEARS. I've now gone 4+ weeks without this med and have made multiple calls between the PA dept and my doctor to get everything straightened out (fingers crossed it actually is this time).
There is no sense of concern - basically, you are beholden to them for your meds and they know it.
And don't get me started on the cost savings of using this partner that I'm sure my employer gets out of this BS.
Health care not working

This is just the next exciting to fill the prescription! This should be against the law. This is a crime against health care.
Worst insurance company ever
I have been fighting for a month to get a prescription filled and shipped that my doctor wants me on for my diabetes. However evernorth keeps cancelling the prescriptions and claims of not receiving the prior authorizations that I know has been sent in. Customer service is horrible as well

Evernorth Healthcare is the very worst. When it was just Express Scripts it was better, every time i get a phone call from Evernorth Healthcare and find out that most of our mrdication has increased by at least $100 dollars more and question the pharmacy or as of just now accounts payable. The answer i just got is( i don't know why it's costing more). There has to be a mich better way to get our medical medication with out the i Dont know answer, i think Exxonmobil really has to find it's employees a much better health provider for medication. This is something that will need to be Exxonmobil to get rid of Evernorth Healthcare because they really do suck. So if your thinking of getting your medication by mail, please look at other options than Evernorth Health Care.
NOTHING works!
If I could do anything with the website, I would have something to comment on. For months, every time I login, (even with cookies, cache and browsing history cleared) the page comes up then greys out and NOTHING WORKS! So much for working with my Express Scripts prescriptions ;( It's been MONTHS!!
Horrible Experiences
I have been prescribed a medication that requires fulfillment by Evernorths specialty pharmacy, Accredo. I am on my 3rd refill of a 3 month supply and each time it has been a struggle to get the prescription filled. They fail to communicate if there is an issue that causes delay, customer service does not give explanation of the issue, and I have had to do the legwork to get the corrections made. Because this medication has to go through a specialty pharmacy that is contracted with Cigna, I have very few options for transferring the prescription. Communication, customer service, and timeliness are definitely lacking with this company, and their customers that depend on them to stay alive are the ones that suffer. It is really sad that lives depend on these people and they couldn't care less.
For this last refill I started 2 weeks in advance to ensure I would get my injection on time, which is today, and as of this writing I do not have my medication. If I don't receive it today, I could be in the hospital within the week. Evernorth needs to read these reviews, reevaluate their business structure, and make serious changes before they cause something serious to occur with one of their customers.
Awful service
Awful service. They wait till the very last moment to cancel your medication after confirming that they're filling it. You save a few pennies but it's most aggravating and frustrating experience. Their agents lie to get you off the phone, that's if you can get a hold of anyone to begin with.
Deny, deny, deny
The new way of covering my perscriptions at Express Scripts ever since taken over by Evernorth is: deny, deny, deny, and then lie when they get questioned. Seems the perscriptions my DOCTOR writes must be pre-approved before this awful company will fill a perscription. So if I want the drug because I'm sick, I have to pay full price. Their plan is no plan. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with my employer, a health advocate, and Express Scripts. When questioned, Express Scripts new line is all my drugs have to be pre-approved because simple drugs (non-adictive, non-narcotic) are required to pre-approved by someone acting as God, per all states and Federal regulations. Yet when I go to any pharmacy and pay full price, nothing has to be cleared by the State or Federal Governments. It's the new scam, I am so sick of being lied to. This company should be put out of business. I'm also filling a complaint with the FDA. This has to be fixed or stopped. Depending on the drug, I could die before I can get the meds I need

Ever since Evernorth took over service has been terrible.
Employees I have delt with do a good job. It appears to be mostly a systems and management issue.
Extremely hard to get medications
I have been taking the same seizure medication for 9 years, but when I just changed my health plan to Health Springs & Evernorth prescriptions, they have denied to send claiming they need to make sure it's right for me. Beware should you have to use this company, it may take months to get what you need.

Horrible experience with this Evernorth! Very hard to understand the support team. They will not answer direct questions. They stay on a script.
The website is not easy to use. Needs to be more user friendly. They don’t even publish a customer help number for complaints.
