When I contacted them, they refused to provide a return label or a full refund and hid behind a “no returns” policy. That policy does not apply when YOU send the wrong item.

Instead of fixing their mistake, they offered me 15 percent, then 35 percent refund and told me to keep something I never ordered and do not want. So they send the wrong product and expect you to just accept part of your money back.

This is not a mistake, this feels like a tactic. You order one thing, receive something else, and they refuse to take it back.

Avoid this company at all costs.

The pants are comfortable enough for a full desk day but still look structured when I stand up. That balance makes them worth it.
