i have ordered at least 10 kits from EGP and have been nothing but happy every time. very upfront with every kit with exact pics of what your buying. prices can be a little high but i always pick something up when they have a sale! life long customer here!!

My grandson ordered the wrong parts from this company and we have been unable to get a response back about how to return the items. The web page does not work as described, so we are unable to get any return paperwork or any acknowledgement from two emails. They give you 14 days to return and item, but take longer than 14 days to respond to questions.

I purchased a Winchester 1894 parts set. It shipped fast, as represented in the photos, came well packed, vacuum sealed, with parts as described. The site is easy to search, with a smooth transaction and great communication.

I shopped for some Glock parts during a sale and they came in EXACTLY as described and pictured. They functioned flawlessly and the parts came packaged very nicely. The only gripe I have is the price of shipping, but the parts pricing on sale, speed of shipping, and customer service made up for it.

Please give me a few minutes of your time to tell you about one of my favorite businesses of all time. This company, Everygunpart.com, is fantastic in literally every way a company can be. They provide de-milled firearms KITS and parts at VERY reasonable prices and their customer service is one of the BEST in the business. I'm 33 years old and a gun fanatic, gunsmith and previous FFL holder and Ive learned that companies shouldn't be judged by doing what they are supposed to but instead by how they handle things when mistakes or glitches occur. This company here, on the rare chance that mistake are made, will literally do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care and I know this first hand. Wanna make an offer to try and get a better price? Feel free because EGP isn't scared of negotiating. Name another online retainer that does that. Need an answer to a question now? You'll 9/10 hear back by the end of the day. Have an issue with your order or something was messed up? EMAIL THEM AND THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! Ive been shopping with EGP for quite a while to have these experiences but I'm telling you they are good to go and top tier. From hard to find part, amazing packaging, great customer service and amazing prices. What else can you ask for? Them them a shot and you won't regret it

EveryGunPart has always had clean, quality parts. The packaging is indicative of the quality and care that goes into every sale. I've used these guys for years and have never had a bad experience. On my last purchase I mistakenly entered the wrong address. They contacted me and I was able to correct my blunder. Just another example.

I can't say enough positive things about this company and website. This has been the best website i have ever found in my life. they get the coolest stuff, they ship fast and secure, and the customer service is flawless. IM always apprehensive ordering anything firearm online, but I just wanted to give a positive review about this experience.
It was easy to place my order and they kept me informed. I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday.the parts kit I got had everything advertised and was in better shape than I anticipated.
I rate this experience as Excellent!!

I have purchased gun parts kits from Everygunpart.com a few times so far. And each time they have good communication and were prompt to answer my questions about shipping. Their prices are great compared to other competitors online. But sometimes their parts kits are missing pieces, so you need to look through all the parts in the photograph to see if all the parts you need are there.

I do a lot of gunsmithing, but it is gtypically small stuff. Replace a part. Upgrades to improve performance. That sort of thing.

But, I bought a revolver dirt cheap that was in only semi-working condition. I looked at parts from where I have bought before, but none had all I needed. Then I stumbled upon EVERYGUNPART.COM.

WOW. I found all the parts I needed packaged together at a very fair price, less than if I had ordered parts individually from different sellers. Shipping was next day, also at a fair price.

The parts arrived packaged on cardboard, covered in plastic. Kind of like a clam package. Yes, I was impressed. Very impressed. All laid out neatly and easy to see the individual parts.

I am now looking for rifles, semis, and revolvers that need TLC so I can make another order and bring another gun back to life.

If zero or negative stars was an option this place would earn it easily. They take your order then jerk you around and either never ship or cancel without any explanation. With no phone number, a HUGE red flag, you have to play their slow email game and they hide behind never giving an answer. And of course they charge the card first thing tying up funds and then give the run-around. You could trust a streetwalker more than this place. Best suggestion is to NEVER do business with these people!! They obviously don't understand how to run a web-based business and they have NO sense of customer service.

I placed an order and now almost two week later have not received the order, any acknowledgment, tracking number, nothing. You CANNOT reach them by phone - that is a red flag. I sent an email today - awaiting a response. This is not a professional way to do business.

The parts kit was not complete. It had the right parts I needed and some that I just wanted. There’s not a lot of details on the website. Just look closely at the pictures. You will receive the parts pictured. Not similar parts, the exact parts in the photo. If you don’t understand what you are looking at, take your stuff to a professional. Don’t attempt to work on your own stuff. Service is great. Delivery is fast. The best part of the experience for me was the packaging. The parts were shrink wrapped to a pretty rigid cardboard, padded inside a box. Even the most incompetent delivery service could not possibly damage or destroy your parts, unless it is intentionally damaged. Everything was packaged so neatly that I had to take a few extra seconds to admire it before ripping it open for my (great condition) parts.The barrel was rusted. I knew the barrel was rusted before I purchased the kit. I looked closely at the pictures. I wanted a rusty barrel to practice stripping and refinishing metal. I got exactly what I wanted. Exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend these guys.

"WARNING" Carefully review their return policies before buying from these price gouging folks with totally worn out damaged junk. Not happy with their over priced useless junk that they sent me. Restocking fee's you have to be kidding. Kits are police confenscated weapons chopped up trash.

Impossible to contact!! I have tried many times and finally their response via email was to thank me for my feedback. I never was able to even order after many attempts and will never ever do any business with them!!!

I bought a kit from these guys recently. The order, price, and shipping time was ok, but that's where it ends. All the parts were either severely worn out or destroyed with what appears to be saw marks. Im assuming they cut the serialized frame away using a chop box. Saves time but during the process it destroyed sensitive gun parts with so much as a nic and the parts that might of been useful were destroyed. I literally couldnt use a single piece. Even screws were bent but it looked good in the pictures. Ultimately I wasted $260 and got a bunch of worn/cut up parts. The completeness meter should've been 0. Now I will need to buy all the pieces brand new which will cost around $300. Although this place can still be an option for hard to find parts, it does not seem like much of a savings. Quite the opposite.
