Cant view the menu without subscribing then cant cancel

Cant view the menu without subscribing, then after cancelling subscription they will bill you for your first delivery.
Website is very decieving and is not clearly labelled in how to cancel it.
Required to download the phone app just to cancel subscription.
Customer service refuses to refund or cancel delivery.

EveryPlate can be hit or miss

EveryPlate can be hit or miss. Sometimes the meals are absolutely amazing (like the prawn roll or the vietnamese meatball bahn mi) and other times it is terrible (like the butter chicken that tastes like chemicals or the a jamacian jerk taco that was just weird). When the meals are discounted, it feels like good value. When they aren't, it feels a bit Meh.

Disappointing changes

I have used EveryPlate for a while now but I’m disgusted with my latest box. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. 10 bread rolls to be used 2 days after I received the box, 12 pieces of fish to be used within 3 days and frozen salad are just the biggest issues.

It’s pretty good- I like the convenience of it. Working full time and being busy it’s easy. It can be frustrating at times the vegetables aren’t the best quality and a few times they haven’t been able to supply a product such as cream etc- tricky if you aren’t someone with that kind of pantry product on hand

I really like everyplate in general

I really like everyplate in general. It's reasonably priced and fairly healthy, although sometimes I find a bit too many crumbed frying recipes (I still got one last week even though I have used the 'avoid wheat' option). On the downside, it's very common for some ingredients not to arrive, especially the small packets of spices and sauces. And the veges are sometimes a bit towards the end of their shelf life. But these are quibbles. Basically I really like that the recipes are simple, healthy, and reasonably priced. It is helping me to rediscover the joy of cooking after many years when I was just too busy.

When you don't know what you want you already have a plan

I love that most ingredients come with the delivery and I get to try different dishes. Also I love that the delivery can be tracked so you never miss it.

Nope

The meals sound good, and the flavours are ok, but the portioning is way too much, the mince is waaaay too greasy, and all the spice mixes are too hot for a family with children.
It's also hard to navigate the online system, so our week two box got finalised for us with a bunch of pork and other meals that we won't eat. Communication is really poor - there should be an automated email giving enough notice that a box is about to be finalised, but there's nothing.
The boxes also come full of little plastic packets, which is disappointing.

My first meal was delicious!

My first meal was delicious!! Even though I haven't cooked myself a proper meal for over a year, I quite enjoyed it. The quality of the meat is excellent, obviously the best cuts and freshest salads and veg. The delivery service was excellent with all the food packaged well.

The meals are great

The meals are great. Easy to follow the instructions and turns out tasty. The ingredients aren't super fresh so by the end of the week they aren't the best.
