Dont use this company at any cost theyre crap rip off merchants i was lucky after 3 weeks got my refund they were selling pole cleaner that they didnt even have in stock but said they did opened a dispute with paypal , i read a post from a girl that lost £500 quid buying a pre-owned stage pole parts were missing and the ones that were there were unusable there are other decent companies out there use one of them instead .

Very very bad. No effort to reply after item never arrived tired all forms to communicate ignored. Money effectively stolen as you can't get a refund. Do not use avoid avoid!! No idea how they are even still trading.

Awful awful awful!! This page is a complete scam. I bought 80 pounds worth of goods and never received them (waited 2 months!) Tried to contact them by email and it always bounced back. Contacted them through facebook and they read it but do not respond. I put a claim through paypal and got refunded at least.

Do not buy from them!! They post on facebook all the time but they don’t respond to you on purpose.

Awful company with no customer service.
Bought a couple of shorts from them and never received anything. Tried emailing multiple times to different email addresses but they all bounced back. I tried facebook messenger amd only received an automated response. Luckily i had paid with paypal and they helped get my money back. Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought a piece of pole jewellery. They sent the wrong colour so I asked for an exchange. After a while I eventually heard from them confirming they'd exchange and refund postage. So I posted it back... It's been 9 months and still no replacement and no refund. Really poor, delayed and rude responses. They probably reply to about 1 in 5 of my messages or less! Now just trying to get a refund which they've agreed to in writing but never actually followed through with! I'm left £30 out of pocket with no product.
Very untrustworthy business.

This company is a complete scam!! Lucky I only spent £10 but not the point!! These people take your money then do not deliver the goods! You have to chase around to find how to contact them, the email bounces back, the messenger reply is automated and tells you to use the email. I initially got a response on messenger letting g me know that the email issue had been fixed, but my order was going to be sent that day! Getting close to 2 months now and it has not arrived!!
So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE LIERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE!!

I would advise anyone NOT to order from this company, terrible customer service! I have paid over £100 for a dryhands order over a month ago which I have not received, have sent loads of emails which just bounce back, have filled in the contact page with no reply and have had a few reply’s on Facebook which still hasn’t sorted the issue.

Total scam. Paid for my order, haven't heard anything since. I've send out 4 emails but no response whatshowever. I'm lucky to have only spend 7 pounds but I will do whatever I can to get that money back through Paypal.

It's funny how they won't do any customer service but as soon as you post something on their facebook you get blocked within minutes. :')

Never order from here haven’t received my item and it’s been over 6 weeks, no response to multiple emails it is a vary poorly run business.

Item never received. No contact after multiple emails and facebook messages I have sent. Paypal dispute is open. Wish I had looked the company up before ordering, but it was recommended by a close friend.

Don’t buy from these at any price! Be warned... in hindsight I should have checked for a contact number (that’s my fault) any trust worthy company would have one. That should have been the first sign that things weren’t right. However, after 3 weeks 4 emails and still no response or goods I’ve reverted to contacting Nochex the transaction agent who are working on getting my money back! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Waited 4 weeks from ordering and no product and no contact or response to emails. Put a complaint in with Paypal and product turned up a couple of days later. The threat of a chargeback obviously gets them moving. Unacceptable way to run a business though.

Still no items - ordered in beginning of November. No answer on emails. Don't waste your money on this fraud company!

The item I ordered didn't turn up, when I emailed it took a month to get a response, and that response was "out of office". Upon emailing more, I was told I could receive a refund but she refused to send the product again unless I repaid for postage (despite not being told the item had supposedly arrived). Despite this, I am yet to receive said refund and she is conveniently "out of office" again.
Not the first time I have had a problem with the site - shouldn't have given it a second chance.

Terrible website! Still waiting for something I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Postage costs are so high you would expect things to come quickly. No one replies to emails. Hoping I can get my money back via paypal dispute. Stay away!

AWFUL experience buying from Everything Pole Dancing. Avoid - there are so many other sites selling better products with amazing customer service. Sadly this seller just does not care, the lack of response when half of your order is missing - she is extremely rude and has no intention of supplying the goods or refunding you. Watch out!!! Shop elsewhere.

Made an order on March 12th. I spent just under £70 and was expecting free shipping, or at the least a discounted amount for spending quite a lot. Instead got charged £6.75 for a couple of vest tops and a few samples of pole grip (shipped to the UK). And you dont get the shipping costs until after you've committed to going through PayPal, which I dont like at all. I prefer to know the full cost including shipping before committing to buying. I then got an email straight away with an invoice. Nothing had arrived still by March 31st, so decided to email and ask if things had been shipped or when they would be shipped. Got no answer. Checked the website to see if I could get a phone number and my order history says that my order is still open, so assuming that it hasnt been posted yet. Emailed again on April 3rd and got no answer again. Opened a PayPal dispute on April 4th to attempt to get my money back.

There are no telephone numbers on the site, only an email address that appears to never get answered. Looks like this small business may be trying to sell more than they can handle and get backlogged with orders and enquiries. I'm assuming that if they carry on like this, they won't have that problem for long.

Definitely avoid!
