The keyring was a great size & substantial weight and the engraving very clear. The shop were great with a last minute addition to the engraving for me, really appreciated that. And beautifully packaged too.

Beautiful necklace with my late mothers writing perfectly downsized. One was a gift for my sister who absolutely loved it & the other was for me.

I have ordered twice now, both times for important gifts, and both times the service, care and items were second to none. I ordered a handwritten piece at first and was blown away by the quality and the kindness of the owner, she included a handwritten note and it meant a lot. The second time I ordered a personalised necklace and again everything about it was stunning and the kindness of a note again thanking me for ordering again, I thought it was nice they had noticed I had and took the time to acknowledge it. Fantastic business and one I highly recommend and will 100% be using again.
