Quality of the product is good, and very fast and efficient delivery. My only complaint was on the sizing chart. I emailed customer service and gave them my size measurements asking if I should go with the larger gown. I was told I would not have to but I should not have taken their advice as my gown is now a bit tight around my shoulders and does not fit very well. Therefore, their height and chest measurements, if you are like myself, and have a bigger chest size, I would suggest that you order the size larger (taller gown to make sure it fits well across the shoulders and chest). I will not be returning the gown at this point as I need the gown soon, and I do not want to have to deal with international shipping. I am still satisfied with the quality of the product, just a bit disappointed with sizing.

Being based in the US we used Evess to purchase a replacement cap for a graduation ceremony. Maisy was extremely helpful and efficient with the ordering, sizing and mailing to ensure we received the cap in time. Can’t recommend this company enough.

The wrong color graduation frame matting was sent, Beige instead of green.

The graduation attire from Evess was great. The entire team is very professional and helpful. The person who dressed me was kind and was really considerate to make sure I looked the best. They make your nervous day seem less stressful. I really enjoyed my experience hiring my gown from them.

Martin Lewis, managing director, contacted me and refunded me the total purchase amount plus he was willing to refund the duty fee as well. I was very appreciative of this very generous offer. I was very happy with the end result and the professional way in which it was handled.
