Evey was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. She handled the sale of my pre-owned bags with complete professionalism and consistency throughout.

Her communication was excellent — always keeping me updated and proactively suggesting ways we could maximise interest and get the best outcome. Everything was handled efficiently, and payment was incredibly prompt, which I really appreciated.

Her social media presence is also outstanding — she showcased my items beautifully and gave them great visibility.

Overall, a seamless experience and genuinely a 10/10 service. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Evey again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their luxury items.

Bought a beautiful Chanel Handbag. What I found when in contact, I received a really good video of the Handbag. The condition of the leather is excellent, as is the original box. Very helpful and excellent service.

This was my 3rd item sold with Evey's Preloved. A truly exceptional service this time selling jewellery. My local jeweller offered a fraction of the price achieved. All done easily and gracefully via the phone and Evey's website. Highly recommend.

I bought a Mulberry Bayswater tote, my first pre-loved luxury handbag, through Evey's Preloved and had a great experience. She helped ease my fears about buying pre-loved by jumping on a call with me prior to purchase. She took time with me as I asked questions, and she was able to share that she only buys from people she knows and could tell me about where the bag came from. I live in the U.S. and had to pay a tariff in addition to shipping, which was a bummer, but out of our control.

Got my bag yesterday. SO in love with it! Think it’s my favourite bag I’ve ever brought. Great service and FAST delivery. Looking at selling a few bags with her now aswell. Great service!
