Bezahlt aber keine Ware bekommen. Nachdem ich monatelang gar keine Antwort bekam, teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket zurÃŒck gegangen sei, da ich es nicht abgeholt hÀtte. Wo, weià ich nicht, denn ich hatte weder eine Sendungsverfolgung, noch eine Ahnung, wo ein Paket lag. Das weià ich auch bis heute nicht. Ich sollte erneut Versandkosten zahlen und hab dagegen Einspruch erhoben. Nun bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Das Geld- fast 50â¬- ist weg. Ich kann nur sagen: Finger weg!

Order placed 12 06 2024. Shipping information not received, tracking not received. Tried to contact them via on line chat on the 1st of July (19 days after purchase) . After half day received a reply: "Your order is being processed and will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, you will get a tracking number automatically sent to your email". Tracking number never received on my email. Same day I have contacted them on Facebook. Got the message back they are moving warehouse (which looks popular excuse for them as I can see how they replied same to other reviews). Also I was told: "I checked your order status, it's already been fullfuled. We also added a gift to your order to make it up to you for this bad experience". 16 days after these conversations I got my order (no gift in it). I honestly suggest avoid this company.. just causes so much trouble.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered and waited 3 weeks before messaging customer service. I then got an email saying it was dispatched. Why the wait? Then when it arrived, I realised I must have ordered the wrong size, as the pot they sent was clearly for a mouse. Must have been from their new rodent range. Followed instructions to the letter and made ZERO different to my hair colour. Was trying to go from v light blonde to silver, should be easy. 45 minutes later, still blonde and my hair is disgustingly hard to brush. Thought it was meant to be a conditioner? Over £20 for this nightmare! AVOID.

You don't get your paid products!!
Every single time you order and you don't get the products!! If you are lucky and pushy, maybe they will deliver it to you.
Now for example out of 2 products ordered and paid, I got just one. Regarding the other one, they don't even get back to me anymore! This is so bad nowadays when the service everywhere has to be perfect!
People have to pay directly. Why don't you just send them the products they paid for?!?!

I bought 2 sets of their petrol blue hair dye. Which had really good reviews. There's been no shipping information and no contact from the company when I've reached out to them about my order. I have used their websites 'contact us' which states that you will receive a response within a couple of days. Its been a week and I've heard nothing. Incredibly disappointed with this website and their service. Absolutely terrible.. would not recommend.

I placed an order on 30th December and was told on 5th January the products would be sent out within 5 days and that I would receive tracking details soon. I received another email on 8th January to say that the order had been shipped and within 2-3 days I would receive the tracking number?! I am still waiting. I tried to email them on 20th January, but the email was returned saying that the email was not working! I have contacted PayPal as I would like a refund. Why on earth has it taken so long - products ordered from Japan don't take this long to arrive.

Disappointing Experience and Non-Existent Customer Service - Order #41343
I placed an order on December 14th (order #41343) for hair coloring creams from Evilhair, hoping to receive the products in time for New Yearâs celebrations. Not only did I not receive the promised tracking code within 2-3 working days of the shipping notification on December 24th, but today, December 30th, I am still waiting for any update. This suggests that my order has not even been shipped yet.
I attempted to contact customer service for clarification but have received no response. The lack of communication and the absence of responsive customer service are unacceptable. I had previously purchased from Evilhair in 2020 (order #29841) and had no issues, but this time my trust has been betrayed.
Due to this negative experience, I am forced to look for an alternative product in a physical store, despite having already spent â¬54.48 on an order that seems to have been forgotten. I strongly advise against shopping with Evilhair for anyone seeking reliable and timely service.
Update January 15th
After not receiving yet another response, I requested a refund through PayPal on January 11th, thankfully having paid that way. It was strange because the package was shipped the day after I requested the refund and it arrived on January 15th, a month after the order.
Now Iâm trying to figure out how to handle the situation with PayPal or to return the item, as the courier left the goods at the bar because I wasnât home, otherwise, I would have refused the package.
Iâm not sure how to manage this, I think they will contact me. I donât know whether to return it; in the meantime, I have purchased another product.

Scammers!! Don't buy from this company. I placed an order at the beginning of February and when I chased the delivery date after 2 weeks I was told they were a 2 man company who were moving premises so couldnt give me an Eta so I cancelled the order. I was then constantly ignored until I added a comment on Facebook.
With ridiculous emails sent from them, their refund policy has gone from 8 days to 14 days to 30 days!! And they can't issue back to the original payment method they ask for your bank details.
If I could give 0 stars for this company I would... They are scammers and what they are doing is theft!!
