Having spent hours and numerous attempts to obtain an Evisa for India using the official “Website “ I became so disillusioned with the process. I was worried that I would not be able to “get through” and obtain a visa due the buffering and timing out I decided to bite the bullet and use a third party company and pay the extra.

Applying through the official Indian gov website is painful and time-consuming. The system also crashes frequently. After seeing the good reviews for this company, I contacted them and am very glad that I did. Shana promptly replied (even though it was over the Xmas holiday period) and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The tourist visas were received in just over a week. Highly recommend!

We had narrowly missed the 4 day visa application cut off due to a combination of our own negligence and website issues.

True to their word our two of our visas came through within 48hours, with the non UK applicant's visa taking a little longer (65 hrs) - still under 72 hours.
