Hi Donald,

Thanks for the honest feedback, we appreciate you bringing this up. We know slow delivery and unclear communication are frustrating.

Your JB's Wear vest was ordered from our supplier the next day, and dispatched once we received it, which you should have received a dispatch notification for (may have landed in spam). Anyway, the timeline wasn't what we aim for, and that's on us to improve.

Your next order's on express post, compliments of us. Just mention this review when ordering, or email us at sales@evokeuniforms.com.au and we'll sort it.

Cheers,
The Evoke Team

Hi Brendan,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Shame it's not a very good one, as we do everything possible in our power to make all of our customers happy.

We replied to your email within the hour advising that we had your Fleecy Hoodie in stock, and that we had ordered the Fleecy Sweat in one of our daily JB’s Wear orders on Monday 19/01 (the first business day since you placed your order on the Saturday).
They can take 2-3 days to arrive to us.

I checked with the warehouse and advised yours had arrived that day 22/01.
It was due to be dispatched the following morning via Aust Post Standard, and offered you the option of changing to Express Post if you needed quicker than the standard 4 business days that was quoted by Aust Post to your address. I wrote in the email If we don’t hear from you by the following day, we would just send out standard post as ordered.
We didn't hear back, hopefully you received my email.

I can see it has been delivered.

I hope you enjoy your JB's Wear products.

Thanks,
Kylie.

Best less items for embroidery.

I had 2 uniforms embroidered and bought the product (JB’s) with them as well. I’m so happy with the product especially with the embroidery ❀. The customer service was quick, shout out to Kylie. Shipping was fast as well, arrive within two weeks after ordering. Highly recommended place for those who want less than 5 items that needed embroidery.
