Fantastic gym. The equipment is amazing. Everything you can think of. Big thank you to Leah for being great on my PT sessions. I highly recommend this gym to everyone whatever their fitness levels.

Cracking gym, Greg, Steph and the team are great. Brand new set up, and a great culture being created, brilliant equipment & a top place to hang out. Any recommend enough

This is the first gym I’ve ever felt comfortable in. All staff are so friendly and approachable. There are a good range of classes on offer and a nice selection of food/drink products for purchase e.g protein bars, protein shakes, healthy meals etc. Would definitely recommend!!

Very friendly, inclusive gym. Brilliant classes, lots of variety and always making changes to get bigger and better! Love the community feeling 😀

I live in Cardiff but make the 25mins drive three times a week as it is by far this most friendly and welcoming gym around. With such a wide open space never having to wait for equipment as they are fully stocked is always a plus.

I have recently started there morning classes spin, circuits and kettlebells. Which I find thoroughly enjoyable and sets me up for the day.
