We’re really sorry to hear you were left feeling disappointed. We do want to reassure you that we did everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and fairly: we covered the cost of returning the faulty trolley, offered you a replacement, and processed a refund once the item was received.

The delay with the refund was due to banking timescales, which unfortunately are outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating that must have felt and apologise for the inconvenience it caused.

We truly value your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and processes so future experiences feel smoother.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused, especially as it was meant to be a gift from your wife. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive an incomplete order and then struggle to get through to us.

The umbrella holder should, of course, have been included, and I apologise that it wasn’t. Since you’ve already had to purchase one elsewhere, we want to put this right for you. A member of our team will reach out directly to sort this and arrange the best resolution.
