Disappointing experience with my first botox treatment. After only 7 weeks I still have quite a bit of movement. After calling I was told by the receptionist and Rachel that I had to wait another 3 weeks to go back and I would need to pay again. After I was subject to an unprofessional attitude from Rachel, I was only then told I could go in for her to take a look. Had this have been offered first without the bad attitude and/or telling me there was no other option than to go back in 3 weeks and pay again it would have been a much better customer experience.

I will not be going back to Evolve Medical and will not be calling which is no doubt going to be the response to this review.

To be clear, I was not offered to visit for an assessment until after I had been told (twice) that I would have to wait for 3 weeks and then I would have to pay again, despite the treatment not working and after I had been spoken to rudely. And yes, I was spoken to unprofessionally.

It's like meeting old friends every time I get my procedures thank you so much xx

Very professional and all the staff are great would highly recommend.

I had an enlarged nose which required surgical intervention. Professor Mahajan has been kind and caring from my initial consultation onwards, and the Evolve staff have been wonderful to deal with. Do not hesitate to seek help from Evolve.

Rachel and her team are amazing, made me feel so relaxed, also amazing at her job I love my lip fillers, it's my first time of having them done but I will definitely be going back, thank you Rachel and your team for making an old lady very happy, I would recommend evolve to everyone

Evolve is more than a clinic for me. It's a place to get advice, feel comfortable and choose the right treatment. My skin has never been better. The staff always look after me, and I never feel stupid asking questions.

Superb service from the team , always professional and friendly from the moment you walk in.

Rachel was very lovely and I had no issues with how she was with me yesterday. She seemed well informed and trustworthy with her manner.

However, I think it's quite dangerous giving someone false information about any medication.

I was told that my immune system will be compromised for 2 days, however, having been able to look into this properly after my jab, this is actually 3-4 weeks.

There is zero information given on the website about the hay-fever injection so I was unable to research it properly beforehand.

As someone who is already immunocompromised (which I disclosed at the time) I would never have agreed to have this done if I'd have known that my immune system will be even worse for the next 3-4 weeks. 2 days is something that I could deal with.

The tablet they have with the list of side-effects was never handed to me so I was unable to look over the full list. Instead, this was read out to me but not in full.

If I was able to read through it myself, it may have helped me to make an informed decision and I would never have gone ahead with it.

In addition, I was told that there's a chance (as with any medication) that this could cause an allergic reaction but they have staff fully trained in anaphylaxis so not to worry.

I was given the jab and walked straight out, without leaving up to 15 mins to check for any signs of a reaction.

I think they should ensure things are OK before you leave the clinic and maybe sit you down for up to 15 minutes before checking the site of the injection for any form of reaction.

I had a warm welcome from the nurse Jaw and the staffs at the reception. They were very professional, friendly and has given me an exceptional experience for my first appointment at the clinic. I would definitely recommend Evolve clinic and I will be back again in the near future.
