I joined the Evolve Property Network three weeks ago, in that time having access to George and the team has pushed me on immensely. I spoke to George on zoom and with no pushy sales tactics or pre drafted speeches he asked a simple what do you need from me? How can I help you?
I told him and his answer was clear, I can help! And he has delivered on what he promised from day one. His accessible and very approachable. He is a real down to earth guy who is willing to give maximum help if you help yourself.
I got to spend the day with George recently where he really helped push my knowledge, and set out clear steps for me to follow and grow which I am doing.

To add to that there is a real great community with people at different stages and doing different projects all willing to help and push each other a long. Its been three weeks but with the help of George's knowledge and assistance, and the community I know if I put in the effort I know Ill get to where I need to be. All I want to say is if you are unsure just reach out to him and I'm sure you will not be disappointed

Kieran and Ciaran’s training and mentorship have been outstanding, there’s no other way to put it. I’ve spent around £15k on my property education, and theirs has without a doubt been the best. From the course material to the unlimited mentorship, I couldn’t fault a thing. They genuinely care about your growth and truly want to see you succeed.

I went from knowing very little about property management to securing a month long booking worth over £6k in just a few weeks, along with another weekend booking bringing in over £1k, with many more bookings already secured. If I could rate it 10/10, I would.

George is a first class operator. His no-BS approach makes getting business done so much easier! George and I have worked on several large projects together, as well as building and scaling sizeable portfolios for our mutual investors. George's dedication to his team and investors is immeasurable. I'm looking forward to working on many more projects together over the coming years.

Joined Evolve Property Network in November, so I’ve been working with George for 2 months & the progress I’ve made in that time is incredible.

He’s a fantastic mentor and teacher, I’ve made progress that I didn’t think was possible in such a short amount of time. He holds you accountable, puts together a plan for you with measurable goals that you begin to achieve from the first week. You need to have a strong work ethic like you do with anything to build a strong business but if you have it already or want it bad enough you will succeed in property.

Also the community of people that are in Evolve Property Network make joining Evolve worth it alone, we all help each other going through the same lessons and passing on advice, catching up weekly on the coaching calls & using each others network to build your business.

If your like me and starting from nothing I would advise taking that leap and getting into this group because it is 100% worth it

George is very down to earth and provides exactly what you need to progress, honest advice, and actionable next steps that actual get you moving towards doing deals.

He has a wealth of experience and is actually accessible unlike many other course providers. The weekly video calls with the whole network is invaluable for keeping you on track and proving both inspiration and support.

Worked with George @ Evolve for about 2 years now and his knowledge is miles ahead from your typical property investor. If someone is either starting or want to grow their portfolio, no better person to go to. Experience in BRR, BTL's and Serviced Accommodation and a track record to prove it.

Previous 'educator' I was with sold a dream of this and that and never delivered on it, no where even close.

George is extremely real and down to earth and is not fills just straight to it and helps you out. Always able to get a response from him when I need it and leverage his knowledge and network.... the two best things to come from the group. He has put me in front of people in areas where I am unfamiliar and helped me out with my projects.

It only going one way for myself since joining the group.

On the fence of joining? Do it. You wont regret it.
