Special thanks to Nikita Sumins for his professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the entire process. The onboarding was well-organized, transparent, and efficient, with clear guidance on compliance and operational requirements.
We have recently onboarded Exactly for payment processing for our business.
The onboarding process was smooth and all requirements were clear.
When we started processing, we received the settelements timely.
During all the process, we had a great support from the account manager that was assigned to us.
Exactly have been incredible to work with. They’ve saved me thousands in processing fees, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Their support is second to none, and I honestly wish I’d switched to them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking to cut costs and get a reliable service!

I applied for a merchant account on April 9, and despite waiting for nearly two months, the compliance verification process is still ongoing. Throughout this period, there has been a lack of communication and support, raising concerns about the responsiveness of the company even after onboarding. I advise anyone considering applying to carefully assess their decision, as the process may be time-consuming and customer support appears to be unresponsive.

they do not have a clue about the Spanish TAX and I had penalty due to their poor service , I had a few meetings regarding a few issues which never got resolved , also they do not have proper bank statement reconciliation
Nice payment system.Recently I've set uo a business and I started to use it. Still I've never had any problems-it launches fast,I can see scale sales? reports. Definitely it's convenient.
I would like to note the attentive attitude towards clients, excellent service, reasonable prices and the desire to improve. We express our gratitude and wish you prosperity!!!
Very bad. Had 4 different accountants in one year. Couldn´t reach them when I urgently needed them. A lot went wrong and I had to pay several fines. And, on top of it all, my new accountant is telling me the accountancy for the last year has not been done well, so I have to pay 1000 plus Euros to do it all over.
I didn't get any reply from the sales team days ago and i'm still waiting ! I hope that you fix the response delay...

Customer Service responds on a first-come, first-served basis, we apologize for the inconvenience.
You may have contacted after hours, please make sure you write during business hours, you can find information about opening hours on the website.
You never hear back from their support line.
I have them copied in all the requests I have since the ARNs they provided are bogus and cannot be located by the bank.
No one from their team ever responded. Definitely not recommended.

no responses from either from email threads from September up to December for the most recent ones. even with the backlog, I doubt it would take three months to look into an issue or reply with an acknowledgment to say the least.

The problem you have faced is to be readdressed to the company that has provided you a service which became a subject of your requested refund. Payment system exactly® is not responsible for the actions of a service providing company and cannot assist you in the present case. For your information, we are just a tool that helps online businesses to accept payments on their websites.
Thereby, please be so kind as to address your claim to a service provider. Payment systems are not eligible to provide any help in situations lacking connection between their company and the stated problem.
