Craig and Adam arrived promptly to remove the asbestos on our garage roof. Very friendly and good at their job. Left everything clean and tidy and we are pleased with the results.

Friendly and efficient team did a very good job removing asbestos roof from our workshed and replacing with a new one. On the improvement side, I would recommend Excel Roofing & Asbestos to lay the asbestos roof on a plastic sheet on the ground instead of directly on the lawn, so that every residual of moss that was growing on it, and the asbestos fibres attached to it, would go into the plastic sheet, since I've had to remove some residual afterwards myself.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradley and his wonderful team. I used them at a previous property to sort out a mess made by other roofers a couple of years ago.

I contacted Exall to do an electronic leak detection test and inspection on my box gutter following work done by another roofer. They produced a very thorough report with photographic evidence showing the extent of the poor workmanship and the source of the leaks.

I used a number of different roofers over the years but went for Exall based on a positive impression after talking to them, clear guidelines on the guarantee provided and a very reasonable quote.

They were professional, easy to work with, good communication and I think they did a great job. They were transparent and kept me in the loop with before and after photos.

Having had negative experiences with other roofers where I felt I was being taken advantage of as a female living on my own, I would highly recommend Exall. They are trustworthy and transparent and I feel confident that the box gutter has finally been fixed properly.

Excellent pragmatic service, high quality finish, no upsell (other roofers wanted to replace the entire roof, they went for a focused and hence lower cost job). They might be more expensive than some smaller outfits, but you pay for quality, experience, service, reliability etc and them not up selling means it'll probably be cheaper too in the end.

Exall Roofing offer innovative roofing . The company owned by Bradley Exall has been in the same business all his life, inherited from his father. The business has both industrial and domestic capabilities. His team of employees work collaboratively together (both roofers and service staff) and with complementary skills and can undertake a full diversity of roof types. They also have a long standing partnership with conventional roofers aimed at achieving rapid but coordinated end results when the building needs to be compatible with other materials (tiles lead etc). The most recent proprietary roofing material is a well thought out system with the unlikely name of Sika-trocal.
Roof drainage needs also of course to be compatible but often ignored by roofers, unconcerned whether there are proper connections to mains drainage
Our own experience of Exall Roofing is for a domestic a flat roof extension to a suburban Edwardian House. Sika-trocal was selected for its suitability in overlying a conventional felt roof which is towards the end of its life but serviceable enough that it does not leak. The new breathable membrane is accompanied by a 15 year warranty, with an insurance backed guarantee.

After many reviews of Roofing Contractors, few had undertaken & specialised with the removal of asbestos Roofing. Exall Roofing Ltd, for me, ticked ALL the right boxes. Having agreed a price, starting & finishing dates etc, the work commencedon time with the safe removal of the old asbestos roofing. By the end of the day, the NEW metal roofing had been put in place, with new flashings with foam fillers to ensure a watertight roof. The next day the gutterings to the sides & back had been accomplished & a NEW sdide door to the garage put in place. A late decision by us, was to have whole of the concrete garage, sides & back fitted with similar metal claddings. The OLD garage now looks fantastic and an added bonus to our house!! The third and final day had been to snag all the work carried out & to put right any defaults. Brilliant & punctual workers & I whole heartedly reccommend any one deciding to take them on.
