I want to share my personal experience with ExamsBoost so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing from them.

After buying their exam dumps and unfortunately failing the exam, I requested a refund based on their “money-back guarantee.” However, instead of processing the refund, they asked me to provide screenshots of the questions from the the exam, which is not allowed in any certification test and clearly impossible for candidates to provide. Because of this requirement, they denied the refund.

In my experience, the service did not deliver what it promised, and the refund process was made intentionally difficult. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not waste their money based on unrealistic guarantees.

If you're preparing for an exam, it's much better to study from official guides and authentic materials rather than relying on sites that make claims they don’t honor. examsboost.com is scammer.

I purchased SAE-C01 exam preparation materials from a website claiming to provide official sample questions. After taking the actual exam on September 30, 2025, I found that the purchased questions were much simpler than the real exam and did not cover the official syllabus, making them ineffective for preparation. Attempts to access the official sample questions from the site failed due to download errors and inaccessible pages. Despite multiple refund requests citing the ineffectiveness of the materials, customer support has not responded, leaving the issue unresolved. The site provides invalid exam preparation content, does not honor refunds, and has completely unresponsive support, making it unreliable and untrustworthy.

They promise refunds but never get back to you.

Spoke with an online consultant 5 times as no one responds to emails, but I just get the same feedback every time "You request is being processed" 3 months later and still no refund. Now 3 months later and I decided to follow up and guess what? My request is not being processed because I never emailed them. When I said I did email everything and that is a rubbish comment, I got told to go get a life and they ended the chat! What a joke.

I do not recommend them at all, not only do they not refund as they promise online, but their exam papers are rubbish, and customer service is non existent! I went with a reputable partner and their answers are 100% better compared to the examsboost one which is utter rubbish.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

I bought the CTS-D for practice and all questions were from the red book as well as the online courses from Avixa. In addition, some questions were two and three times. In some instances, some answers were wrong. Definitely not recommended.
