I’m extremely disappointed with these tables. Despite the high price, the quality is incredibly poor. The workmanship and materials used are subpar, and I’ve had ongoing issues since receiving them. Delivery was a nightmare, with every shipment arriving damaged. After having these tables for a couple of years, all six of them have some form of problem due to the low quality. The company has been unhelpful, offering nothing but excuses and no real solutions. None of the tables are in acceptable condition, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was extremely easy. The shipment came in perfectly. The delivery person was very efficient and helpful.

The interior shelves were not the correct size and had to be cut to fit. In addition, we were missing a shelf peg for each cabinet.

We have purchased 4 products from Goodtime Medical and absolutely love the designs. On the fire truck exam table the tread on the wheel did start to come off shortly after we received it. I was however able to fix it with a hot glue gun. On the castle scale that we received I also noticed the sticker was bunched up towards the bottom of the scale. Overall we love the products, we just hope it all last long!

The vanity is overpriced.
The materials used to construct are cheap. The sink is a piece of tin with a 4 inch center faucet that I wish I would of had the option to pick a single hole which is the trending option any ways

Love our new couch100 table - we’re using it as an exam table in our veterinary practice for our comfort room for end of life care. Communication from company superb from start to finish! Not like others we’ve dealt with! Lots of updates along the way. Came in a timely manner and exactly as described. Custom paint color of base exactly what we wanted. Great price!

Exam table arrived on expected delivery date. actual product is great, and very satisfied with purchase.

The delivery was on time and the service was good. We checked the packaging for damage as instructed and it was intact. When we disassembled the packaging for installation, we found that the unit was damaged on top of the backslash. It had been packed at the factory with the damage.

I didn't exhaustive Internet search for new quality pediatric scales. I found this company. The units are well made, heavy , and appear pretty durable. The kids and staff loved the new scales.

The bed is excellent and working perfectly for our clinic. The delivery was not smooth but that was not this companies fault. The bed and the communication have been excellent!
