Excellent communication throughout the entire process. I appreciated the regular updates from order to delivery. The phone case arrived safely.

Not knowing it was coming from Ireland and would take a while to arrive. The other issue is I thought the stand was attached and would rotate between horizontal and vertical. Other than that, I like the sturdiness of the case and how it protects my phone.

I ordered a phone case on October 30, 2024 it’s now November 25, 2024. Still no product yet. Don’t purchase from them, they lie and say fast delivery 😡

The quality of the case wasn't up to standard. If you drop the phone it will definitely get damaged. Tried to return it for refund and was offered $2. Usd. Such a slap on the face. Made the return process hell. Not satisfied with the whole process. Unfortunately I had no choice but to take the lost.

Absolute scam, pictures didn't match product received, ignored all requests for return, gave fake shipping information for over a month on product where-abouts. Final product was a cheap $5 drop-ship item from China.

I orederd a phone case, It was lost in mail and they wont give me Full refund, " If you would like a refund, we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund".
The shipping fee ok, but the loss of product is absurd.

Do not order from this company. They are a scam!!!! I've sent them all the images they've asked for, and they still won't refund me. They also charged me the wrong price.

Beware!! This company is a sham. They lie to you and then try to turn you in circles. I ordered the blackout screen little to be known where it was coming from at the time. They said it was delivered so I email them to let them know there was a mistake, I spoke to the postal service they said there obviously was a mistake because it was delivered to a mailbox attached to the house. 1. I do not have a mailbox attached to the house. 2. I spoke to some computer at the site and they were saying it was delivered to check family members and surveillance at my house as if it was a dang shake down. Going on 2 weeks now they do not want to fix the situation or anything. I sent them proof, even after the carrier filed the claim. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered the magnetic phone case. It took my phone case a little under a month to arrive from Ireland. Although I didn't realize it was coming from that far. I'd say it's a decent case but over priced for a case that's not even compatible with the finger unlocking sensor. They'd have to fix that and the shipping time in order for me to order from them again.

Phone case is cool, but doesnt not close at all. Like it's broken or something. And because of this case, i can't use my finger anymore to unlock my phone. Kinda waste of money.
