Nick and his team have installed an excellent system in a professional manner. Nick adjusted the scheme to meet our requirements and started on the agreed date to install 50Kwh of solar panels and 144Kwh of battery storage. They also modified the existing 30Kwh of panel to include them in the system. The team left the site clear of rubbish, and completed within the suggested timescale. They included a gateway unit to provide the farm with a continuous three phase supply, and the system is working excellently. Nick provides a good after sales service, responding to phone calls promptly.

We have just had Solar installed by this excellent Company. Led by Nick, who was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient all the way through the process, everything went smoothly. The team of installers were courteous, conscientious and hard working. Everything was installed, up and running within a week. Impressive!

We were looking to put Solar Panels on our farm buildings and had researched a few different companies, but found Excel Energy to be the most competitive.
The service and support we have received from Nick Neza has been amazing throughout the whole installation process. He visited us on the farm, went through everything with us, planned the job and gave us a timescale. The team of men turned up on the planned date, fitted all the panels, installed all the electrical equipment and commissioned the system within the planned timescale.
All the paperwork has been excellently planned. All certificates have been received. If there are any problems or queries then Nick is available at any time. The company has been excellent all the way through the whole process. We thoroughly recommend them.

Nick Neza and his team have just installed a Home SolarEdge Battery and Backup System for me. They did a great job, no fuss, all good despite a software version issue between the relevant boxes. They even came back on a Sunday to work on the problem. Overall, a very good service, the problem was not of their making and they sorted it out with no fuss.

I recently had an EV charger installed by Excel Energy Ltd, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Living in a block of 10 flats on the 3rd floor, I faced significant challenges in getting this installation done. Previously, two other companies visited and concluded that it was impossible to connect an EV charger to my meter, which is also located on the 3rd floor.

However, Excel Energy took on the challenge and executed the job with remarkable professionalism. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. They managed to obtain DNO approval in just four days, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise.

The installation itself was meticulous, and the team was both friendly and knowledgeable. They navigated the complexities of my building with ease, proving that no job is too complicated for them.

We arranged a Site survey, Nick Neza came over. He was very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable.he went through thoroughly everything, this really assured us that we were dealing with a reputable Company.

When researching companies to supply our home solar PV system we spoke with several potential suppliers but decided to use Excel Energy as they were very knowledgeable and responsive to our requirements. We ordered a 7.2kWh solar PV system with Solar Edge battery and inverter, and the team that came to install did an excellent job. I was impressed with their good attitude, attention to detail and high quality of workmanship. I would recommend anyone considering a PV solar system use Excel Energy. I have been so impressed with their work and the performance of the system that they have installed at my home that I have just commissioned them to do a commercial installation on my business premises.

Excel Energy Customer Service is the worst of the worst. They have no interest in resolving any issue no matter what it is. I was spoofed and had my account deleted and my service turned off after having my account in good standing for 35 years and a $300 credit balance. They just deleted my account due to a spoof without contacting me and had absolutely no interest in addressing the issue other than eventually turning my power back on half a day later. After getting nowhere with Customer Service, I requested a Supervisor call me. Of course, I never heard anything from anyone. The absolute worst!

I come home today finding a smart meter connected to my house. I was forewarned about the ionizing radiation that it admits into your home. This is bad for all people a death sentence potentially. People need to buy a cover I don't know how much this can really help. GET THIS NEW SMART METER COVERED NOW THEY DO SELL COVERS FOR YOUR SMART METER ALREADY. Has Already been noticed by the cancer society.

A lot of people are not Aware of the dangers that come with radiation from this smart meter device. We should stand up for lives. Talk about this to everyone.

Don't wait until it's too late. We should speak up loud.

They now ask for more information as if they're playing dumb. It's on the cancer society watchlist already. they're selling covers. Why else would they sell a cover for it?

R F radiation I wish there was a way for me to leave. A document on here. They claim it's not hazardous, This is not true.

Smart meters give off RF radiation Is low energy radiation. RF radiation does not have enough energy to remove Charged particles Search as Electron (ionized) So it is called non-ionizing radiation.

Excel Energy installed a 1.58MWp DC PV system at our facility in 2023. 3855 PV panels fitted to 5 areas of the site roofing structures with 11 SolarEdge inverters.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Nick Neza, Andrew Gardner, and his installation team. The team spent over 2 months onsite installing and commissioning the system, and we had no issues at all from Excel Energy or SAM Scaffolding during the works. The Excel Energy team were extremely professional in every aspect of the works. It was quite inspiring witnessing the work culture that the team adopted, something I have not witnessed for many years. So much pride and time has been taken, even in small details of the instal, that it looks like a piece of engineering art. We have had other Electrical Contractors onsite during the PV works on other projects and they have commented on the quality of the Excel Energy installation. Nick Neza’s PV installation and design knowledge is second to none.
Nothing has been too much for Excel Energy to resolve and I feel quite proud of the result that has been achieved during this project by both parties Excel Energy and QuidelOrtho.
I would happily recommend Excel Energy to any prospective clients whether they be in Industry or Domestic. Personally, I can’t imagine that there is a better PV Solar installation company in the UK right now. So, I look forward to using Excel Energy on the next site PV project coming soon!

Nick came out and spoke to us about what we were hoping to accomplish with running our home on solar power whenever possible. We were pleased with the pricing and the suggestion of using a battery system that we could expand upon after we experienced what the system could do.
Overall, we’re happy with the system installed and have a Solis Inverter which we have found the technicians very helpful to answer and adjust our system for our needs. We did have to upgrade the WiFi stick that works with the Solis Inverter, in order to be able to have the system updated by Solis to be more efficient.
We had a few hiccups on getting the correct paperwork for exporting our excess electricity back to the grid from Nick’s associate which meant we missed out on exporting our electricity sooner, but that was the only negative in our experience.
