Our first time using Excelsior Cars and we have been very happy with our experience. The drivers are polite, friendly and very helpful, arriving on time and driving very safely. We would have no hesitation using Excelsior Cars again and are more than happy to recommend such an excellent company.

Used Excelsior cars for the first time.Excellent service both to and from Birmingham airport.Was early morning flight and Kamran sent an text the day before to confirm , arrived early on the day then provided the five of us with a smooth transfer and drop off at the airport.
On returning , similarly received a text from Maj the day before to confirm and then again smooth pick up,and transfer home in the rush hour .
Both were extremely polite , friendly and professional.
Highly recommend.

Great Service. Excellent transport, suitable for me my family with 15month old. Abid advice on child seat was spot on. Pick up was at 3.15 AM. Maj arrive early. And Harry was there to great us at Birmingham airport exactly on time. We will be booking their services again fro our next family holiday. Thank you Abid and to your team.

Excelsior Cars were very easy to deal with, whether booking online or speaking in person. booking was easy, prices were very good and the drivers were lovely. Prompt and friendly. First time we have used them to transport our family of 8 to and from the airport but will definitely use them again. Highly reccommend.

Excelsior Cars, Willenhall, not to be confused with the London-based firm, has friendly and reliable staff and value for money. We have used them for transfers to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham train station and recently booked them to pick up at Southampton Port. Arrived on time for pick-up and were waiting for us when our plane was delayed by 5 hours, arriving home in the early hours of the morning. Would highly recommend.

Don’t work with them. They don’t pay you the money they owe you.

Rocco was an excellent taxi driver. He was punctual, communicative, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I have been using Excelsior Cars from Birmingham Airport to Stone, Staffordshire for the past 6 years and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I have met many of the drivers and found all of them to be friendly and courteous.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rocco and had a most enjoyable journey. He is a wonderful driver and so considerate of my needs ensuring that there was enough cool air circulating in the vehicle and checking if I needed to stop for water etc. I will look forward to travelling with him again

From start to finish the process was seamless. Great communication is exactly what you need when travelling. Maj was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to use. We had Maj as our driver. He was on time, in a beautiful Lexus. I had information all way through from Maj, saying the car he was driving and registration. Helpful friendly driver, prompt. Easy to use booking process

We used them for transfers to and from Heathrow airport. They were very reliable, turned up on time and the service was fantastic. The drivers on both journey's were lovely, communication from them was great and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Booked a taxi on their website to travel from Birmingham airport to Stratford upon Avon. They cancelled the booking and gave the reason that they are based in Walsall in the midlands. Their website clearly states that they are based in Birmingham. Why did their site allow the booking. Just a waste of time and I would just avoid them.
